If the prize pool is not fully funded or the required number of participants is not met, the event cannot begin. 7️⃣ Special Registration Rule: If a Kingdom cannot field 2 players, they may register 1 player with up to Rebirth 3 to participate. This exception applies only when the Kingdom lacks enough eligible participants. ⚔️ Battle Format: At 9:00 UTC, all participants must enter the Serpent Zone.
