@ExpressOil wtf is this? 2 bolts on my Break Caliper like this. Damaged Caliper, Rotor, and Break pads. I’d call Negligence. Replace the above 3 items, or a Lawsuit is coming your way.

@ExpressOil It is required that you notify me of any price changes before you service my car. Your oil change price has changed multiple times in one year & now again. What cost $52 when you have to be asked to top off the fluids. Is this legal. @ConsumerReports @CRAdvocacy @ConsumerAffairs

@ExpressOil I really enjoyed your services while they were affordable. Your prices hv gone from $30 to $52 changing multiple times in one year. Your employees think customers shouldn't know this until payment time. I had to even ask for my fluids to be topped off but the is $52.

@ExpressOil piss poor management and untrained employees work here at the location in Gainesville Ga next to John Morrow Jr pkwy. Don’t go here for your oil change, unless you want your ride in the shop and you can walk to work.

I showed up to @ExpressOil today for a tire rotation and was told three different prices by three different employees and I’m pretty sure I just got taken to the cleaners. Shame on this establishment for posting old price signs so customers don’t know what things cost.
