Oh this is the first time I'm seeing PC specs are part of reviews now.

Imagine if Valve lost that. Imagine the absolute hell that would break lose as literally every single store front would be free game (pun intended) for music labels to just gut.

Deadlock is such bullshit they have "Walkers" but I have literally never seen them walk anywhere

I am always careful about adding features to vtuber models - complex, cool looking features DO look good on social media and are necessary for some clients, but here's the reasons why I think hard before adding them: 1. EXPONENTIAL COMPLEXITY - The more features you add to a model, the more likely it is that you need to spend more time ensuring that every feature works right on each iteration and combination. E.g. if you add a custom mesh expression like tears or sweat, you need to spend more time making sure that animation works with all face tracking. 2. COMPATIBILITY - You will need to make sure your feature works with every version of the model you set up - for Warudo, for VRC, MMD etc. The shaders, physics systems etc are different for each set up, so you may run into issues where you need to make 3 different versions of the base model on Blender for each setup, and that is not ideal for organization and can lead to confusion when modifying the model down the line. Which brings me to the next point. 3. FUTURE PROOFING - 3D models can and will be modified down the line. If your set up is extremely complex or confusing to modelers other than you, you best be sure that you will be available for your client... Because only you will be able to make updates for them. And even then, you may forget what you did previously for the model. That's why I focus on polishing the basic model with only a few special features, and ensure that all the deliverable files are organized such that other modelers can also easily access and work on it in future!

@PixelArtJourney That last question is literally what you are tackling by being an artist. No other identity requires you to confront your own being as much as expressing yourself through art.

Idk if you relate but it's so hard not to feel lost as an artist. "What is even my art style?" "What should I be practicing?" "When am I good enough?" "Am I even a creative person?" "What to draw? Noo, blank canvas" "Should I make art I love or that get likes?" "Who am I?" 🫠

To this day I have no idea what happened to Moonbreaker. Well reviewed game with unique strategy deck building gameplay, and fun figurine painting. Never reached an audience it desperately needed, just released and died without anyone noticing.

@IsThisA3DModel Will recommend Nomad for anyone new to sculpting or who is overwhelmed by Blender. Though it's better on iPad thanks to touch/pen being recognised as different inputs (I love being able to move the camera without accidental sculpting)

If you have a Maxon subscription it's time to find some alternatives 🥰 Blender is free. Nomad is a $35 Perpetual License. Let them know this is not what their users want 🫖
