.@SingaporeAir awful customer service & age discrimination. Booked exit row seats for 2 passengers on flight LHR-SIN & paid nearly £500 for the seat choice in January to now be told that the passengers don’t meet the criteria for exit row. Apparently 61 & 64 is “elderly”

@SingaporeAir @SingaporeAir it was on the phone to your customer contact centre. Spoke to someone on Sunday who said they’d call back & didnt. Called this morning to be told we didn’t have the seats and then again this afternoon I was on hold for 40 mins but couldn’t get through

@SingaporeAir .@SingaporeAir we booked these flights back in January to guarantee bassinet seats for us & our baby and exit row across the aisle for the other passengers so they can support with the baby too. Customer service unhelpful. Very disappointed
