This man on the right is Nwaozor Obiajulu from Anambra. He was hungry. Called himself MC Loph — Lord of Pure Hip-Hop. He wasn’t some gimmick dude; he actually had bars and he fused that Igbo highlife vibe with proper rap. In 2007/2008 he jumped on a remix of Osita Osadebe’s “Osondi Owendi” and brought in this young singer Flavour. That song blew up heavy. Clubs, radio, everywhere. Suddenly MC Loph was the guy carrying Igbo rap on his back. Tours, respect, people saying he was the future. He had the sauce. Then life slapped him. September 2011, he’s on the Benin-Ore road heading home. Car crash. Dead. His sister died with him. His pregnant babe survived. Just like that, lights out at like 37. Whole East was mourning. Real pain. Now here comes Flavour. Few months later, Flavour drops “Iwe.” Emotional highlife joint, crying about his brother, talking to Loph’s mama, the whole nine. Video was touching — people were posting it everywhere, shedding tears. The song banged. It showed Flavour had heart, it made him look loyal, and it gave him even more shine at the exact moment when people were paying attention to that circle. Smart move? Yeah. Cold? Also yeah. Because after that tribute run its course… Flavour kept rising. Bigger hits, more money, international stages, the whole superstar thing. MC Loph? Man became a memory. A “remember when” at parties. One feature on a classic song. That’s it. The same guy that helped put Flavour on basically got reduced to a sad story people tell when they want to sound deep. Flavour moved on with his life and career like the industry always does. Eat or be eaten. That’s the game. One man dies, another man uses the funeral to drop a banger and level up. Rest in peace to MC Loph. Real talent. The streets remember… but not for long. Rest in peace 🕊️ MC Loph! 💔😔

This is the rubbish Nigerian men are marrying every week. They'll spend millions booking their wives favorite artiste for their wedding forgetting we have artistes like Chike sleeping with their clients. See how he tries to hold her back but couldn't because she has lost control of herself seeing her favorite gospel musician and the funny thing is these men think if given a chance their wives won't cheat on them with their celebrity crush. Nigerian men too mumu.

A Fulani man went on TikTok complaining that he tried to book a ticket at GUO Transport to travel to the East, but was told they had no bus going there. They directed him to GIG. He bought a ticket at GIG, but when it was time to board, the other passengers refused to enter the same bus with him, saying they won’t share a bus with a Fulani man. The company apologised and refunded his money. He then cried out: “See what they are doing to us in our own country.” I simply replied: “Should we all start setting up cameras and talking about what Fulani people have been doing to us in our own country too?” Sentiments aside, I don’t blame the passengers. Self-preservation is key. When it reaches your own turn, no talk o.

When Ekiti State was invaded by kidnappers then, as Governor, Fayose did not wait for President Buhari. Rather, he did what he should do as a Governor. He mobilised local hunters. He mobilised security men, including soldiers. Most importantly, Fayose made laws to BAN OPEN GRAZING in Ekiti, such that Fulani herders were not allowed to enter the State in the night and cattle rearers in Ekiti were identified. I remember when a pregnant woman was killed in Orin Ekiti Farm Settlement, Fayose summoned the stakeholders, including Fulani Leaders to the government house. Son of one of the Fulani leaders, Alhaji Abache was accused of being among those who killed the woman. Fayose mandated Alhaji Abache to produce his son within one week or leave Ekiti. Within three days, Abache brought the son. Like I have maintained, we can keep playing politics of emotions and sentiments with this issue of insecurity, especially in the South-West, when we are ready, we will hold our Governors accountable.

@Sistaliano You keep talking like drunkard. Mbaka was dragged till he was suspended for 6 months to faraway Vatican. On his return, he was warned to always stay neutral & never meddle into politics of partiality. If all pentecostal pastors/ churches can act like that, we'd be better for it

How did those useless, disgusting street urchins suddenly forget that the loudest and most prominent critics of the Jonathan administration was Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka? Pastor Adeboye never stood on RCCG altar openly campaigning for Buhari the way Mbaka did. Mbaka practically turned church services into political rallies for Buhari in 2015. He preached it, defended it, and mobilized for it repeatedly. But they will never drag him with the same energy because he is Igbo, while Adeboye is Yoruba. Their outrage has never been about “politics.” It has always been selective tribal bitterness wrapped in fake moral superiority. Hypocrisy is their true ideology.
