It still drives me crazy how easy it would have been to convict Trump in 2021. He committed a bunch of easy to prove felonies, with a SCOTUS case on point to cut off a 1a defense. Could have easily gotten a year in prison.

Here we are on Election Night, Georgians are anxiously awaiting the results, and which county hasn't even started reporting? It's always Fulton County. It's time for Georgia to takeover the process. We will not have another 2020 this November!

@lawyerschiff Wasn’t it filed against the SOS in his official capacity, therefore the AG had to be present or have waived in writing? Since they weren’t present, the order was void.
