One of the charms of cs has been that you could be competetive but also trash talk, and i think people would agree me. I think learning what's derogatory and what's not would be a good start.

I think finding a consistent line that can be adopted on a mass scale can be really difficult. They are in the process of onboarding new agents who are essentially learning on the job due to the sheer scale of the reports they receive, alongside surveys where the community is encouraging them to be stricter. Saying all of that, my personal opinion is that yes, it needs to be tweaked to find a better balance in how they moderate the platform.

Not really sure what to say. This is not even me is one of my friends but the reason behind, it’s kinda crazy. Now if it was more offensive stuff then fair and square but when you say bot and you get banned i guess no banter anymore. @FACEITSupport @FACEIT_Darwin @FACEITcs

@FACEIT_Darwin @simple_zen @FACEITSupport @FACEITcs Darwin you gotta tell me what has happened to this platform? For atleast the past month maybe more, I’ve seen so many people get toxicity bans for literally nothing. The line for what you have to say to get banned has to move drastically.

@FACEITSupport @FACEIT_Darwin Hey. So i got a 1 month ban, which i think is completely unjustified. I got one guy banned and told him 3 days later to enjoy his vacation on his steam acc. In some magical way, 30 min later i was banned. I am writing here because i cant open a ticket for some reason, i cant log in to the «create a ticket» site. Please have a look at this. Thanks!

I’ve also gotten a 1 month probation now @FACEIT_Darwin you can’t be serious

I would also add i was being very patient with the person (a guy who was griefing since round 1) this was directed against for 30 rounds beforehand of my comment.

@FACEIT_Darwin Hello i received a 1 week ban for toxicity, which i would argue is injustice on the accounts of. I don't deem what i said would warrant a one week ban to begin with, i also would say it's a normal human reaction to show a bit of backbone when pressed.
