@HRBlockAnswers I bought the Deluxe + State for the Tax year 2018 but unfortunately, it will not download. It gets stuck in “ Preparing To Download” Name of file.dmg What could be the problem? Help please

@Hrblockanswers H&R Block prepared my taxes. The agent read my bank account number back to me that I read to her. Now I owe $469 in "failure to pay" and late fees. H&R Block denied my claim. Why did I pay a tax preparer if they can't even file my taxes correctly?

Purchased @HRBlock business software on Mar 6, 2025 and downloaded it😀 On the same day I submitted the product refund request as I am not happy with it and got the case number. Didn’t file the tax with it. On Apr 22, 2025 I called @HRBlock for the refund status. 👉
