@pearsonm103 @GilA29699944 @kevinbaum013 ““You are “subject to the jurisdictional laws” of where you committed a crime even if you flee.” No, if you have fled the jurisdiction you are not subject to punishment by that jurisdiction. Did you not know that?

@JonesMarkLB @GilA29699944 @kevinbaum013 The question you didn’t answer was: “You are “subject to the jurisdictional laws” of where you committed a crime even if you flee. Yes or no?” Answer the question or I will solely repeat retweeting the question, via this tweet, until you give up or answer. 🤷‍♂️

If those people aren't subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, they can't be sued, arrested, deported or subject to any other legal process. Diplomats get expelled pursuant to treaty instead of deportation proceedings. This argument below is the argument of a simpleton.
Angurī Wappā / アングリーワッパー 🇺🇸@furiouswhopper

@kevinbaum013 It's bizarre to claim that people who have blatantly refused to subject themselves to the jurisdiction of the US are somehow subject to the jurisdiction of the US.

@pearsonm103 @GilA29699944 @kevinbaum013 it’s remarkable we need to dumb this down even further… if you can not enforce, your law has no power. are you able to impose your rules in your friend’s house?

@JonesMarkLB @GilA29699944 @kevinbaum013 A person outside of your physical jurisdiction is still subject to the laws of your jurisdiction. We are discussing “subject to” not “physical location while subject to”. You are “subject to the jurisdictional laws” of where you committed a crime even if you flee. Yes or no?

@pearsonm103 @GilA29699944 @kevinbaum013 …you have invented a distinction that does not exist in any substance under the law. if you can not enforce the laws, you do not have jurisdiction.

@JonesMarkLB @GilA29699944 @kevinbaum013 You keep pretending that my argument has something to do with territorial law enforcement jurisdiction. It doesn’t. Again, for the 30th time, legal jurisdiction is not the same as territorial jurisdiction… Yes or no?

@JonesMarkLB @GilA29699944 @kevinbaum013 Because Illinois extradites you. Or the Marshals hunted you down because Illinois refused to. Or you ran to another of the 48 states, or 116 countries, that will extradite you. Or Interpol will capture you. All because they acknowledge your legal jurisdiction. 🤡

@JonesMarkLB @GilA29699944 @kevinbaum013 They don’t have direct arrest authority. They have the authority to charge? Yes. They have the authority to put you on trial? Yes. They have the authority to imprison you upon conviction? Yes. They have legal jurisdiction over your prior conduct in their territory? Yes. 🤡🤡

@pearsonm103 @GilA29699944 @kevinbaum013 …if Indiana had jurisdiction, they would arrest and prosecute you themselves. they are not able to do so because you are outside their jurisdiction. what are you continuing to struggle to comprehend?

@JonesMarkLB @GilA29699944 @kevinbaum013 Nobody said they could. They can however assert their jurisdictional authority over you by demanding your arrest by authorities in the area and your return for enforcement of the law. They still have legal jurisdiction. My point you have agreed to yet again. 😂🤷‍♂️

@pearsonm103 @GilA29699944 @kevinbaum013 If you murder someone in Indiana and you go to Illinois, the government of Indiana can no longer unilaterally arrest and punish you. You do realize that, right?

@pearsonm103 @GilA29699944 @kevinbaum013 “You are arguing murderers only need to cross a state border to be free of the government’s ability to enforce the law you broke.” yes, that is why someone that flees the state needs to be extradited back to the state where they committed the crime to be prosecuted and punished.

@JonesMarkLB @GilA29699944 @kevinbaum013 They have jurisdiction over the person to enforce the law. That doesn’t say anything about having the ability to capture the person. You are arguing murderers only need to cross a state border to be free of the government’s ability to enforce the law you broke. Incorrect. 😂🤷‍♂️

@JonesMarkLB @GilA29699944 @kevinbaum013 It does not. It shows that even other countries disagree with your concept that is contradictory to the law. You just can’t be honest and acknowledge the full definition of jurisdiction. Do you agree that the attached definition of “jurisdiction” is accurate? Yes or no only.

@pearsonm103 @GilA29699944 @kevinbaum013 “They work directly with local police to arrest the fugitive to take immediate custody because of legal jurisdiction.” you understand that fully contradicts the rest of your argument, right?

@JonesMarkLB @GilA29699944 @kevinbaum013 Sometimes they don’t. Sometimes our law enforcement arrest citizens who are on the run in other countries. You know why? Because we have legal jurisdiction over them. You have now reverted to your “I don’t know the thing that has been proven over and over”…🤡🤡🤡

@JonesMarkLB @GilA29699944 @kevinbaum013 You can only put a person on trial within your jurisdiction. Your laws can be enforced outside of your jurisdiction. We have extradition treaties with 116 countries who acknowledge the legal jurisdiction regardless of territorial jurisdiction. You lost this argument man. 😂🤷‍♂️

@pearsonm103 @GilA29699944 @kevinbaum013 you can only enforce laws within your jurisdiction. if you can’t enforce the law because a person is in a different place that means they are outside of your jurisdiction.

@JonesMarkLB @GilA29699944 @kevinbaum013 There is no “inherently” in your opinion that overrides the actual law I provided. Now try making an argument that is based in a reality that includes the law I provided. 😂🤦‍♂️

@JonesMarkLB @GilA29699944 @kevinbaum013 That isn’t arguing anything related to this discussion where you say the US doesn’t have jurisdiction of its citizens abroad and I proved you wrong. What argument are you trying to make by repeatedly posting the same thing? Use your own words. 😂🤷‍♂️
