@projectethos5 @Sargon_of_Akkad Yeah this is what libertarians go for an it's a pretty good argument however since rights are enforced by the government it sorta falls apart since you have the right to liberty until I take your liberty away. This would also mean you don't have the right to a defence attorney.

What does a "right" mean if we can just make them up? It surely just means a "preference"; it does not affect scarcity, labour, or distribution. The positive concept of rights is obvious nonsense.

@TheToneWill @Sandford_Police Yes. First, while the driver is standing on the pavement, he is a pedestrian. Riding a bike on the pavement - offense. Second, the cyclist insulted him on the way past - offense. Third, the cyclist developed road rage and attempted to use his bike as a weapon - offense.
