If all the Republicans who are now crying about VA redistricting had actually fought Trump's Texas mid-decade gerrymander, we wouldn't be here. Instead they criticize Dems who are now responding to the GOP efforts, while sitting silently by as TX GOP did its dirty work.

@GerrisGreene @neeratanden Yep, I am picking up what you’re putting down. My point is if you look at the current map vs. the map they want to install, you can see a definite plan to suppress Republican votes. Five of the congressional districts will have Fairfax Co in them. That isn’t fair.

ME - 2 NH - 2 VT -1 RI - 2 DE - 1 Same thing happens in WY, MT, ID, ND, SD, & WV. But this mid-cycle crap is 100% on DJT feeling "entitled" to 5 more seats.

@MarkWarner Those subsidies were supposed to be for COVID. The pandemic is over and it’s time for people to pay for their healthcare instead of taxpayers paying for them or you need to admit the ACA is not working as you planned. Throwing money at a bad program doesn’t fix it.

Right now, millions of families are paying more for their health insurance after Republicans purposefully let tax credits expire.   I will never stop fighting to renew those credits and drive down costs for all.

After my 21 day hospitalization  with severe sepsis,  just a few days ago I had to be admitted again with a deep vein thrombosis on my right leg. On Friday, my cardiovascular surgeon removed the most MASSIVE, fully occluded blood clot - it went from my groin to just below my calf. Hours after my thrombectomy, my doc came to visit me and said he wanted me to walk. He was worried about blood coagulating and us finding ourselves with the same problem. So I walked, and it was the most excruciating pain of my life. I was discharged Saturday and had to cancel the beautiful Easter Sunday I had planned, because I was hurting that badly. Thank GOD that I can finally walk again - slowly. And, though the pain is still very pronounced, I can tolerate it - and do this all without meds. Amen!! Every day will get easier and I will get stronger!!! And so it shall be! Jen Kiggans voted for the largest cuts to Medicaid in history and then refused to extend the ACA tax credits and make health care more affordable. Now she and Congressional Republicans want to cut health care access and funding AGAIN.
