Ok. Hear me out.. the real horror story is moldy money. Imagine it's all there, but too gross and fuzzy to touch. 😭🤢

@WallStreetSnypa @MoneyQuotesX Idle money only works to an extent. The returns on it aren't nearly as much as it could be getting. Quietly. While you sleep.

@Thecodedness We learn who we want to be and adapt those behaviors. But we also learn how we don't want to be and drop those behaviors. Its a learning process, but a powerful shaper.

👻 Schlosshotel Waldlust: Germany 👻 In Germany’s Black Forest, stands Schlosshotel Waldlust, a once luxurious hotel that is now one of the country’s most infamous abandoned and haunted locations. Originally opened in 1902, the hotel was designed as an elite retreat. Kings, aristocrats, and celebrities often stayed, attending lavish events. For over 40 years, it was the symbol of wealth, status, and escape. That changed in 1949. Based on many stories, the hotel’s manager, Adele, was violently murdered inside the building. The exact details were never clearly recorded. But after her death, everything changed. The hotel was converted into a military hospital, where many more people died. When the hotel reopened years later, staff were the first to report that something wasn’t right. They reported objects moving without explanation and glasses trembling on tables without a known cause. Doors would open and close on their own. Lights flickered or turned on without being touched. Elevators moved between floors with no one inside. The stories became even creepier. Multiple people reported seeing a woman in a white veil moving through the hallways... appearing suddenly, then vanishing. Others saw shadowy figures on staircases and movement in rooms that were known to be empty. Staff and visitors claimed to hear a baby crying in the night, even though there were no children present in the building. Footsteps were heard in empty hallways. In some cases, people described hearing movement behind them, but nobody there when they turned around. Sudden drops in temperature. A feeling of pressure. Feelings of being watched, especially in certain rooms, most notably the one associated with the murder. By the 1960s, there were enough reports that the hotel developed a reputation as being cursed or haunted. They tried to continue operating, but the hotel declined and closed permanently in 2005. Today, the building remains abandoned. Visitors, investigators, and photographers continue to enter the hotel, even videos showcased in posts on facebook. Reports of unexplained activity still circulate, most reporting flickering lights and voices. What makes Waldlust really interesting and unsettling is the pattern, with the same details being reported across many decades. A woman moving through the halls Sounds that shouldn’t be there. Objects moving without possible explanation. And the feeling that something is still there watching and waiting.

@FAgbodeka If we put in the effort to succeed, its greater than putting in effort for others to succeed. We seem to want to work hard and be noticed by bosses, but it never works that way. The ones who get noticed are the ones who show larger results.

@QuietNotesHQ Automated savings and investing. Set recurring monies into stocks or whatever.... and its automated. It works the same as automated saving, in a sense. I'd definitely just say make sure you're checking on it sometimes.

A small psychology of this... We always gravitate towards people with similar interests. Its homophily. But we also start becoming similar to the friends we have over time. But. We have to be careful about this because then we limit ourselves. We tend to learn less, or only selective things. It also means that our behaviors can be influenced by these people. Which is great if they are positive behaviors. However, this also does include the negative ones. So we should watch out for that.

☘️ Leprachaun: Ireland ☘️ Leprechauns are one of the most widely recognized figures in Irish folklore, but they are very different than modern portrayals. In early stories in Ireland, leprechauns were not dressed in green. They were described as wearing red coats, pants, and buckled shoes. The change to green is a much, much, later cultural development, more as national symbolism rather than the original folklore. Leprechauns belong to the Aos sí (supernatural beings that exist along with the human world). They were not friendly or harmless. They were unpredictable, powerful, and dangerous when disrespected. They lived in ancient burial mounds, old paths, and places people were warned not to disturb. Leprechauns are known for being solitary. They are described as older males, living alone, and working as shoemakers. Many stories say if you hear the faint tapping of a hammer, it's a sign that one is nearby. But hearing it is not fortunate. It means you’ve come close to something that does not want to be found. Everyone knows they are associated with gold or even that if a person captures one and maintains unbroken eye contact, the leprechaun can be forced to reveal where his gold is located. In many stories, people who try to claim the gold are tricked. Landmarks change. Markings multiply. Paths shift or disappear entirely. The environment seems to work against the person. In some darker versions, the encounter is worse. There are stories where those who chased a leprechaun later experienced great misfortune, such as loss of wealth, illness, or general unraveling of their lives. It's not sudden, but gradual. The Aos Sí were said to have strict, invisible boundaries and disturbing their land, taking what belonged to them, or even following them too far would lead to consequences that were not immediate and were unavoidable. Some say time behaves differently around them. A person might follow a leprachaun for what feels like minutes, only it has really been hours or days. Others say people who follow them too far become disoriented or unable to retrace their steps. Because of this, leprechauns were never seen as symbols of luck. They were seen as cunning and entirely self serving. Now, they have been softened, especially around St. Patrick's Day. They are seen as playful and harmless. The leprechaun is not friendly, it is something that tests human greed, patience, and awareness. Happy St. Patrick's Day!
