This is super interesting. A 36-year-old raised his testosterone from 300 to 800 over a few years by: Fixing his diet Adjusting his training for fat loss and muscle building Using GLP-1s Research peptides (though no specifics were shared) Importantly, this was done without TRT. So if your levels are low and you're not ready for replacement therapy, this approach might be worth looking into. I've seen diet and exercise move the needle on their own, but not usually this much in my experience. As I keep saying the first step is getting the blood work. Nice work, @BhavanChand -B

Thanks for the honesty. I am on it but 100mg/week (taken once a week). I don’t feel anything but when I get my bloodwork, my T is in the 500-700 range normally so doc keeps me here. I have a guy at the gym (the owner actually) that has been on it for 10 years. He gets his from “a guy” and has offered “a guy”’s services to me but he keeps his T around 1500 👀. I just want to feel energy again, sleep better, and lose that final layer of fat in the mid section so lately I have been thinking of contacting “a guy” since my doc won’t budge on the 100mg/week.

I'm one month into taking TRT (200 mg/week). Here's the observations so far: > I have substantially more energy. It's very noticeable. It's not a sort of zinging energy, it's just that fatigue simply doesn't set in any more. I can focus on a task for literal hours and not get tired of it. That's a big difference. I used to have to take breaks every 30-45 minutes when doing a focused work related task. I'm way more productive now because of this. > Libido has increased but not all too much. There was a 2 week honeymoon period at the start where it felt like these was a huge libido spike. But that calmed down and now, it's much more subtle. I am hoping this will improve as time goes on. > I need much less sleep now and I wake up refreshed. I used to barely be able to keep my eyes open past 9. I'd wake up at 6:30 super groggy, wanting more sleep. Now, I'm going to bed at 10:30, and my eyes snap open at 5:30 and I'm energized to start my day. I actually just get out of bed because I don't need any more sleep, and I don't want to be lazy. This is a fantastic change. > My traps and delts have exploded. This was the area I noticed had lost a fair amount of muscle in the last 4-5 years. I used to have meaty delts/traps. They pretty much vanished recently. Within a month, they're roaring back and look better than ever. I've gotten many compliments on them out of nowhere in the last month. (Keep in mind I have changed nothing about my diet or exercise regimen in the last 30 days. Not one, single thing.) > I have gained 5 pounds and I'm leaner now. Again, with zero change to my diet. It's like a super-kaizen-creatine scenario. Like my muscles all filled up like a balloon. Way more vascular, better pumps, more filled out. It's everywhere - all my muscle just looks denser and thicker. My waistline hasn't gotten any bigger as I've gained 5 pounds. Again, zero change to training program or diet, either. > I went from EOD pinning to daily. I like this better. It might be placebo but I felt a bit of a slump 36 hours after a shot when I was doing EOD. I switched to daily. I don't mind the shots, so why not just do them each day and get a steady dose of test cyp. > HCG made me feel like absolute dogshit. Test alone can shrink your nuts and reduce your ejaculation size, so lots of guys take HCG to keep things bigger, all around. I had a bad reaction to it. Felt like crap. Very anxious, borderline panicky. Lethargic. Just like garbage in general. It all went away when I stopped using it. Everyone reacts differently to different compounds, you have to test things out on yourself and see what works for you. > My REM sleep is off the charts. My sleep hasn't been the greatest, a fair amount of waking up each night. But I dream a LOT. And I wake up feeling great, refreshed, and energized. So I don't mind it too much. Literally as soon as my eyes close, dreams begin and they're constant. It's pretty fun, tbh. > I am literally bricked up for the entire 7 hours I'm in bed, non stop. It's crazy. I have to pee in the shower every night lol. Those are my take aways so far. I'll keep you posted as time goes on.

@anymanfitness What’s your SHBG? Some people will have more sustained energy from daily shots but their libido suffers because less peaks etc, everyone is different. Your shbg can help determine your frequency mate, higher shbg you could get away or even do better with less frequent pins
