I have no desire to communicate with you via a series of faux conciliatory DMs; we're discussing my dad's home, not an unsatisfactory ready meal.

Emailed @MD_Building to cancel an appointment for dad, who was taken into hospital last night following a fall. Part of their compassionate response: "It is part of your tenancy agreement that you allow contractors to attend your home to carry out essential works such as this."

You've emailed to say the new appointment is between 8am-12noon end of February, despite me explaining that dad takes a while to get going in the morning, what with being 91 n'all. I'd better tell dad to make darn sure he's back on his feet by then.
