Can your biomechanical gait model explain this and train it into a human?

@amzzznation @MikeJensonIII The formula isn't secret. Get the heel not to stick and the foot to roll pressure to outside. This cannot happen with externally rotated feet nor femurs lacking internal rotation. x.com/MovementObserv…

How to avoid ACL tears
English

@amzzznation @7Hundred77 It is simply the shapes and patterns you are putting yourself into, WOATA = externally rotated feet and linear training vs GOATA = straight feet or slightly pigeon toed feet and "rotary" or "spiral" training.
English

@amzzznation @7Hundred77 If we know the pattern of ACL tear, wouldn't the opposite pattern prevent ACL tears? And how do we get the body to subconsciously behave that way?
English

@amzzznation @7Hundred77 Why are GOATA movers not being trained in accordance to how they naturally move? Does WOATA training deteriorate their natural movement? Does a GOATA mover who gravitates toward more WOATA patterns become more susceptible to non-contact injuries?
English

@amboteignosceme Sit in seiza. Or in "cowboy" and alternate sides.
English

@MovementObserve my 2 year old sits in that W pattern while playing and has knock knees.. been trying to get him to sit indian style to reverse this. not sure what else to do this young.
English

Do not ask anyone with no GOATA experience about GOATA.
MovementObserver@MovementObserve
GOATA coaches have already been where you've been. Have you been to where GOATA coaches are going?
English

@amzzznation @7Hundred77 You are asking the wrong question
English

@MovementObserve @7Hundred77 If you can’t explain why some “goata” movers are plagued by injuries and some “woata” movers are iron men, then what are we supposed to do with this information?
English

@amzzznation @7Hundred77 There are literally great movers at all levels of sports and all ages. There are pre-teens who move better than LeBron. You're so clueless on movement. It has nothing to do with how good someone is at their sport.
English

@MovementObserve @7Hundred77 The fact that you chose to focus on that part of the statement and ignore the question I asked is telling.
English

@CoachBirach Lots of info on YouTube. But understanding it isn't very basic.
English

@MovementObserve Is there a basic article I could use as an intro to Woata vs Goats movement?
English

@amzzznation @7Hundred77 All words are literally "made up".
English

You’re right that I know very little about goata. I’m not familiar with their made up terms like “corners.” But that doesn’t mean I can’t critique the claims.
If we’re going to dismiss the greatest mover in NBA history as an outlier, then as a trainer, how do we know if the trainee is an outlier or not?
English

@amzzznation @MikeJensonIII So post a video of an ACL shred in the GOATA pattern
English

@MikeJensonIII @MovementObserve No. I’m not making a claim, just disputing yours. You can’t look for evidence to support your claim, and dismiss everything that challenges it as outliers.
I can find plenty of examples of elite athletes with duck feet, and plenty of “goata” movers with non contact injuries.
English

@amzzznation @7Hundred77 Odell had no corners. He was not "textbook" GOATA mover. You know very little about GOATA.
English
