@amzzznation @MovementObserve There is some truth to it though… OBJ tearing his ACL with non-goata landings is true… Landing with certain biomechanics does prevent non contact injuries… But I agree with you as well.

Exactly. Goata claims an athlete and then when injuries inevitably occur, the excuse is they were no longer goata when they sustained the injury. Applying their methods when appropriate is fine. Claiming there is some secret formula for injury prevention written in the stars is not.

@amzzznation @MovementObserve Honestly Kawhi is similar. Nothing in college, and not much until 2017 then been riddled after the tear… movement pattern gotten worse over time. Common theme.

@amzzznation @MovementObserve Yeah OBJ’s a perfect example. Very goata in college, no injuries, then lifted heavy and created bad patterns quickly in pros. He actually reached out to a goata trainer to work with him after all the injuries but he didn’t follow through and yeah he’s had it rough.

@amzzznation @MovementObserve “If my grandma smoked a pack a day and lived till 90 but my other grandma exercised every day and dropped dead of a heart attack at 65, what’s the point of telling people to stop smoking or exercise more?” But I hear you. Who are the textbook goata guys plagued?

@MikeJensonIII @MovementObserve Sure, but if a guy with “woata” movement patterns can compensate to the point of having the greatest longevity in the history of NBA, and guys with textbook “goata” movements can be plagued by non contact injuries, what’s the point of the system?

@amzzznation @MovementObserve Those of us with knowledge can watch someone walk and we can go up the chain and tell you all the compensations (ankle caving in, hip compensation, poor glute activation… etc.) Just like when you do a curl you can say your bicep is contracting. Basic stuff.

@amzzznation @MovementObserve A big thing is this… elite athletes at high levels: 1. Are overall strong, are able to compensate well. 2. Have the best health care. You are trying to fight biomechanics, which you are losing at. You are right in that millions of biomechanically unsound athletes do very well!

@amzzznation @MovementObserve We know it is better than duck feet, ankle bones caving, knee valgus. We know biomechanically how the loads transfer up through the body. I don’t know why you are denying this. You are close to the “my grandma smoked a pack a day and lived until 90” guy right now.

@amzzznation @JayPeso59624 @MovementObserve You can pick one off examples or you can go with larger samples and basic understanding of biomechanics. We know “goata” is better overall biomechanically. There is no arguing that.

@yaoviaustin @Fgalez4f @ZeekArkham There is truth to what she said. And why is much of Africa such a low IQ place? Why is it so undeveloped? Why is it that the only places with democracy are ones influence by whites? This is so obvious. You just have to put your bias aside and look at it.

@Fgalez4f @ZeekArkham Ms Gale, I don’t know where you got your physiological and psychological data from but you are absolutely wrong, this behavior has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with race or genetics but the way these kids were raised!

Here’s my honest assessment: Generation of kids raised by no fathers. Those kids have no respect for authority or anyone else. At least the grandparents are able to show them a few things. It turns into another generation of kids raised by even less fathers and no grandparents. Those kids don’t respect anything. These takeovers are being done by kids who think it’s funny to destroy things. They think it’s hysterical to ruin the public’s night. They’re not worried about consequences or anything else because it was never taught to them. They truly are feral. Combined with soft on crime leftist policies, these kids tear things up and look forward to doing it again. The solution? Start locking up the parents, too. Vote judges in who give out maximum penalties. Vote in mayors and sheriffs who will focus less on “rehabilitation” in jail and make it “hard time” again. Show these kids there will be consequences. Make jail so unattractive it makes them think twice before they do something like this. It has to be stopped now or else the next generation will be even worse.

I would really love to have an honest conversation about why these teen takeovers are 95% Black without everyone calling me a racist. I’ve been covering these for months and they are nearly ALL Black teens without their parents. Why? Why is like this?

Kids are not expensive, its the biggest lie ever told They suck on titty milk and eat apple sauce You can wrap them in a passed down blanket They will play with a stick and rope or your face 95% of baby purchases are not necessary It only gets expensive if you stick them into the rat race Have as many kids as possible

i used to buy into the idea that kids are expensive. then i sat with a friend who said he needed $2 million in liquidity before he could have kids. didn't think much of it at the time. a few months later i was sitting with a man who made 60% less than me. big family. happy kids. no stress about it. started paying attention after that. met business owners with families. met guys working regular jobs with families. all making it work. kids aren't expensive. your choice of woman is. if she needs the kids in designer clothes and the latest everything, yeah it's going to cost you. if she's a down to earth woman who actually wants to be a mother. who comes from a family that doesn't chase trends. who sees the joy in raising kids and not in showing them off. it's not expensive. loads of people with far less money than you are raising great kids right now. if you actually want to improve the world, the move isn't posting another youtube video. it's having children and raising them well.
Innerdevcrypto@Innerdevcrypto

Having children Do not understand why people have so few children nowadays. And really....money or costs are not the reason. We all know poor people in the past had loads of children while parents were working all the time, and they still turned out ok. Not every kid needs the newest iphone either. Ok, if you are going full inner development and recluse mode for some years and really want to get to the core of your being, i get it, you want and need to be alone a while, i did that too, but most on here do not want that anyway Together with inner development, children are without a doubt the biggest joy in my life: they are so pure in the moment, one can learn so much from them how they can have fun with the simplest things, they forgive quickly, they are so open and free of spirit, amazing uncontaminated energy. Just incredible really Have kids, you will not regret it. The advantages far outweigh the disadvantages, especially for crypto-dudes and girls that lack purpose in life. And that is coming from me who loves being alone and lives as a recluse for a long time, i would never have wanted to miss this experience

@Dylanmadden Childcare is the only thing truly expensive about kids. They can play with a broken cardboard box and be happy. You don’t need to spend tons on “stuff” if you can’t afford it.

@Barkbark414540 @RizomaSchool No downside I agree, and just admit it’s something we decided on. 99% of the time no upside, until there is. People die and get hurt from branches falling so we should shame parents for not making kids wear helmets in the woods. I get it, I’ve done this all before.

@Barkbark414540 @RizomaSchool Yeah I agree. I mean ultimately their first example was riding around their neighborhood is probably a good one. I have ridden around my neighborhood thousands of times over 30 years and never had a need for it. Shaming a parent if they see a kid without one is a bit silly.

@Barkbark414540 @RizomaSchool I’ve had this thought experiment. There are some things that are fairly random that we do, when we don’t do it in other situations. Like if they actually cared about car accidents, they would reduce speed limit to 35 everywhere and accident deaths would drop to near 0… but 🤷‍♂️

@RizomaSchool Eh. Many such studies as this. Id just ask, what js actually the benefit of NOT wearing a helmet?? Just seems so much smarter to have them wear one. Im more likely to be harmed by a man I know than someone random in a parking garage (rare) but I still take precaution when alone

@MichaelGuimarin This is interesting. Our premiums is insane. Over $2k/month with two kids and one on the way. I’m 27. Is it worth the risk of not having health insurance and investing it like you recommend?

Running the math on this is insane. Here’s the math, slightly adjusted for my wife and me, who were married at 26 instead of 25 but this is roughly accurate. We spend $0 most years on healthcare because we eat well and exercise. Here’s a real-world case study: • Started at age 25 paying $1,000/month in premiums • By age 30 it was $2,000/month • Today at age 38–39 (with 4 kids) it’s $4,000/month That’s roughly 10% annual growth in premiums over 13+ years. The Alternative Plan (“Forced Savings”): • Invest the full premium amount every year in the S&P 500 at 6% • Keep actual healthcare spending very low: $1,000/year base (inflating 4%) + 4 home births at $6k each • From age 45 onward: Take a 2% annual distribution to cover healthcare + living expenses The Results: • Age 39 (today): $464,000 • Age 45: $1.07 million • Age 55: $3.17 million • Age 65: $7.97 million At 65 the 2% distribution would be ~$160,000 per year — and growing. This family would have a nearly $8 million nest egg while still covering real medical needs through low utilization + smart investing. For the record the 6% number is the most important. I used the historical rate, but what if we’d used the actual rate? Using Actual 13.87% S&P 500 Return (Past Period) • Age 25 to 39 (your real 14-year timeline): Monthly investments into the actual S&P 500 at 13.87% annualized total return (with dividends reinvested) while premiums grew at your observed 10% rate would have built the account to approximately $880,000 – $950,000 today (after low medical costs and the 4 home births). • Future projection (age 39 to 65) at conservative 6% annual return: • Age 45: ~$1.8 million • Age 55: ~$5.5 million • Age 65: ~$14.2 million • At age 65 the 2% annual distribution would be approximately $284,000 per year.

For a family of 6 (or even 4, depending on area), Obamacare costs more than a mortgage, and you never see that money again.
