@pauljholmes I have signed the petition to allow SEND children to be taken out of school once a year without penalty. There current rule/policy is too clean cut in relation to school holidays/time off during term time, especially for SEND children. #AutismAwareness #Autism

@GMB @PipTomson The bottled water being handed out can’t be used on my 3 week old baby due to the high sodium content. So they haven’t taken certain situations into account whilst trying to resolve the issue.

Bus driver let 2 prams on and a wheelchair, with not enough room for them, the wheelchair blocked the gangway! Safety hazard?! @BluestarHQ

@BluestarHQ It seems that different drivers allow different things. If the rule is to not block the gangway then all drivers should stick to it!

@BluestarHQ The driver kept letting more people on and eventually the 2 prams were blocking the gangway at the back of the bus.
