This was neat: Researchers traced a tariff on $5 European wines into the U.S. to see who paid it. The tariff itself was $1.19, producers paid $0.26 and importers took a $0.44 cut, but retailers used the tariff as an excuse to add a $1.10 margin. The price went up $1.59 (~32%):

Liberals & leftists love to blame each other for "why Democrats lost non-White voters". But the real reason is simple: Racial depolarization. Non-White voters are mostly moderate. They didn't used to vote like it. Now they do. Race trumped ideology. Ideology now trumps race.

We have to bring shaming back. I cannot believe somebody has milked this many years out of being a loser. If everybody in the country knew me as "That Professional Loser, Famous for Losing" I would get facial reconstruction surgery and change my identity

@dieworkwear I've been buying exclusively women's pants for years now, because I found I prefer a high waisted cut, and men's pants don't offer that. I get compliments on my outfits often now. Granted I'm nonbinary but I feel like men could learn something.
