@suritalreja @cromaretail Even i faced same at Chroma in Chennai, ended up buying the product from Reliance Smart only because sales person respectfully explained all available options.

Recently visited two stores of @cromaretail , and it honestly feels like they don’t even bother attending to customers anymore. Today also, I went to one of their stores to check out chimneys. There was a staff member standing there, so I asked her about the chimneys, but she didn’t respond at all. Then I asked a senior staff member if someone could assist me. He said he would send someone, but no one came. I waited for 10–15 minutes, and still nobody showed up. Finally, I walked out and told the senior staff, “If you’re not interested in showing the products, at least let me know. I’ll buy from somewhere else.”

So people don’t want to move to Chennai? It’s the best news ever for people already living in Chennai !
