Instead, he stayed, even after it was already underway. That timing matters. It suggests this was likely more of a calculated attempt to get ahead of the story before it broke. So he went public fast. He framed his resignation as a political statement, posted it on X, immediately fed into the podcast echo chamber and booked spots, dropping it all into an already charged moment to shape the narrative which he likely felt was best and safest for him. It was a preemptive move to control what came next. Now the focus shifts. Investigators and the public will look more closely at his network, his contacts, and the influences around him. That includes media figures. If any information was shared improperly, that trail will be followed wherever it leads. Including Tucker. If Kent took anything from a briefing and passed it to Tucker, and somehow it was passed to any foreign adversary, that’s a big deal. The scrutiny will also extend to his personal life. His first wife, a Navy cryptologist, was killed in a 2019 suicide bombing in Syria that also took 18 other lives. His current wife is a left-leaning political activist with strong views of her own. Fair or not, people will examine those contrasts and ask what changed. At this point, the smartest move is straightforward: cooperate fully, answer questions, and let the facts come out. That is how he can limit damage for himself and for his family, instead of dragging everyone through a prolonged public fight. This now moves to discovery. If anything improper happened, it will surface. He had a cleaner exit available, and he chose not to take it.

More, this evening, on from Joe Kent’s second wife, Heather Kaiser. According to report on her, Heather met Kent less than a year after his wife, Shannon’s death. Heather—a former Intelligence Officer, turned visual artist—“supported the Kent family early on…offering support as a partner and mother figure to his boys”. BREAKING: Federal law enforcement says that Joe Kent shared secret government information with anti-Trump figures like Tucker Carlson. A second administration official said that Kent leaked classified information from a server to a member of the media.

Proven right again. Last year I told you all that Kent leaked President Trump’s private meeting schedule, particularly his meetings with Jewish Republicans, to Tucker Carlson and Max Blumenthal. When admin officials caught Kent, who was in the hallway to Trump’s office when he was seen picking up his phone and texting Tucker, he was confronted by Senior White House officials who wanted to see if he would lie to their faces. So they cornered him and asked him if he leaked to Tucker. They said they knew it was him. Kent confessed. Kent was then told, “if you ever do that again, you’re fired.” Again, this is now a confirmation of everything I reported last year. When I posted my reporting, Kent retaliated against me by posting a vague tweet that insinuated I am a Mossad agent. A total abuse of power.
