I love my girlfriend, but this àjọ (thrift) matter is starting to tire me. This girl is in more than 10 different àjọ groups. 1k daily, 2k daily, weekend contribution, monthly contribution, even one wey she dey use pack wig. The funny part be say she no get steady work. Every morning na one new story. "Babe, I need 1k for contribution." "Babe, today na my turn." "Babe, if I miss today dem go remove my name." At first, I was supporting her because I thought she was learning how to save. But now, it feels like I'm the one funding all the savings while she contributes nothing from her own pocket. I've talked to her several times. She'll agree, apologize, promise to reduce them, then next week she'll join another one. Last week I counted everything. If I stop giving her money today, almost all those àjọ will collapse immediately because I'm practically sponsoring them. I genuinely love her, but I don't understand the logic of joining multiple savings groups when you don't have a stable income. Am I being unreasonable for feeling frustrated, or is this a red flag I shouldn't ignore?

As a single man at 35, you need to realize the fact that the only right women that would want you for love and companionship are the women in your age bracket. Polygamy will run you mad😭🤣 My aunt is the first wife and lives in Abuja. She’s over 55 oh 😭. The second wife lives in Lagos. The husband works and stays in Abuja, then travels to Lagos to see the other wife. One time, the second wife came to Abuja because oga hadn’t been to Lagos in a while because of work. 😭🤣 This man picked her up from the airport, took her to an apartment, came back home, packed his luggage and left. My aunt was just pacing around the house and hissing 😭🤣. She didn’t speak to anybody for almost a week. She was ANGRY. Turns out jealousy doesn’t retire at 50 😭
