Last night, after my event in Walton County, I spoke with a supporter of mine who works at Taco Bell. He told me how they hire H-1Bs.. at Taco Bell. As Governor, I will end this replacement of American workers as well as the cruel slave labor.

The University of Illinois President testified on Tuesday in the IL Senate that 41% of his students pay no tuition or fees. Who are the students that pay nothing? No one asked in committee. At what rate do they graduate and what do they study? What's their citizenship status? I'm certain 42,000 students (student population 101,000) are not in the ROTC program or are merit scholars with near perfect ACT or SAT scores. So many unanswered questions. Needless to say the university president requested more money for this year's budget. How about start with every student having skin in the game?

🚨 SCAM ALERT American Universities in a Nutshell: Built by Americans. Supported by American tax dollars. Massive endowments: Untaxed Receives federally subsidized student loans, guaranteed by our tax dollars. Puts US students in massive debt. Imports a disproportionate number of foreign national students to juice tuition income even further (free US money isn’t enough) Sees unemployment & underemployment for their US grads surge, due to ~ 300k foreign grads flooding the entry market annually through F1 student visa to OPT pipeline. Hires foreign nationals for jobs at university. Gets more tax breaks as foreign OPT grads & the university pay ZERO FICA taxes. US students get job at Chipotle & pays full FICA, but can’t afford to pay their loans back.

If your friend is on H-1B and has 3 remote jobs, it is illegal and a visa violation. This is done by many H-1Bs without any immigration law enforcement. That is how they are able to suspiciously by mansions within 3-5 years of moving from a third world country.

THIS IS FRAUD! An entire industry has formed around selling the O-1A "extraordinary ability" visa as a backdoor. The top 30 H-1B visa sponsors in the U.S. laid off 85,000 workers and hired 34,000 visa workers in the same period. Not before. Not after. At the same time. 60% of all H-1B positions are certified at below-median wages. A Harvard economist found H-1B workers earn 16% less than comparable Americans, saving employers nearly $100,000 per worker over a six-year visa term. Oracle approved 2,690 H-1B workers in 2025, then cut 30,000 via a 6 AM email in March 2026. Amazon approved over 10,000 H-1B workers while cutting tens of thousands. Google laid off 951 Americans and hired 1,058 H-1B workers the same year. Now that the H-1B is getting harder to exploit with a new $100,000 fee and a weighted lottery, the playbook is shifting. The O-1A was designed for Nobel Prize winners and world-class researchers. It requires "sustained national or international acclaim." Instead, it has become a product. No annual cap. No lottery. 15-day premium processing. 94% approval rate. Companies like Jinee Green Card are running ads that say, direct quote: "If you're an Indian immigrant facing visa uncertainty, click here." They claim an 87% first-attempt approval rate and sell something called a "Three-Pillar Visa Acquisition" system. An extraordinary ability visa being sold like a SaaS product. This is labor arbitrage. This is fraud.
