@AmericanAir Thank you. As a frequent traveler, I am well aware of the policy, but this was inappropriate behavior by a @AmericanAir crewmember. Not to mention he was extremely rude when I asked him not to talk with his mask off. I found out he was a crewmember at the end of the flight.

@RayRaven3 Our customers can briefly remove their mask to eat or drink, but must put it back on after their done. We'll be sure to forward this on.

During @AmericanAir flight 2255 from PHL to LAX on 3/7/21 CrewMember seated in 1C used drink loophole to avoid mask for 30 min intervals. Not seen on this video is him talking to flight attendant w/out mask several times to order more drinks, 8 total. #COVID19 #pandemic #MaskUp
