Here's what I've seen since cutting out salt. - I'm calmer - Heart rate doesn't randomly spike at night - Better appetite control - Never crave salt - Easier digestion - Much less thirsty - Zero cramps Salt isn't carnivore. We didn't seek it out before we started cultivating carbs. The body has a much easier job of regulating its electrolyte balance when you rely on the electrolytes that already exist in meat.




Due to some of my posts, you may think I eat like a fatty all the time But heres my fresh stocked fridge, plus the 3 main meals I eat almost every single day (and have for the past 4 mo) Be good 95% of the time, so you CAN be bad the other 5% Because it feels so good to be bad
