Hey, just a heads up. If you want @PlayStation to keep physical media, you better go out there and actually buy physical games. Clearly, you clowns haven’t because numbers don’t lie. Digital accounts for 80%+ of sales. It’s so easy to complain online and cancelling something to make yourself heard but realize this: It won’t change the fact that most people don’t buy physical media. Thing is, if this was our only option, obviously we would but when presented with the option, people chose digital. Having the option is key. Nothing will ever beat that feeling of going to a store, buy something that you own, that you can touch and smell.

Cancel your pre-orders, digital and physical. Cancel your subscriptions. Flood customer support with complaints. Comment under every post until they can't ignore it. Unfollow them on social media.
