@SVPhillimore No. Your central claim is demonstrably false: If medical transition were "unlawful for under 16s," private care would be illegal. It's not. Private clinics can still legally provide this care. That alone proves it's not "unlawful."

Every assertion true. Cass was commissioned following Bell v Tavistock as Government concerned by what that case revealed. Cass found no compelling evidence for medical transition of children and urged extreme caution for children over 16. NHS responded by prohibiting medical transition for under 16 save for clinical trials. Court of Appeal confirmed courts protective jurisdiction for children over 16. Always ask yourself - why exactly are men so keen to push medical ‘transition’ for children. Who actually benefits here?

Short of cutting his arm off it’s difficult to know what Tarkowski’s supposed to do. Refs told to look for 3 things with handball. Deliberate movement of arm away from body. None. Clear additional arm movement. None. Arm position makes body position bigger & is unjustifiable. No.
