@GordianKnotRay @AnnaMalindogUy @TheManilaTimes She's contributing to political divisiveness by taking Vice President Sara's pro-China side against the current administration of President Marcos, who has less love for the CCP. Taking up the role of a troll, she has incessantly attacked Marcos on corruption issues.

@excellence03_ @nxt888 Chinese vessels ram tiny Vietnamese fishing boats, and Vietnam doesn't see China as an existential threat? Bollocks! Only China doesn't see itself as an existential threat. Of course.

You don't speak for Asia. You speak for Washington. You list Japan, the Philippines, Vietnam, Australia, South Korea, and India as if they form a single anti-China bloc. They don't. What they share is a century of being used as forward outposts for someone else's empire. Vietnam does not see China as an "existential threat." We see interference as the threat, whether it comes in Mandarin, English, or any other imperial tongue. Our history is not defined by fear of our neighbor. It’s defined by resisting every empire that tried to make us choose a side. We fought China when we had to. We fought the United States when we had to. And we survived both, not because we trusted either, but because we never let any foreign power define who we should fear. You say "most countries see China as a threat." No, most countries see American militarization as the real destabilizer. Who sailed carrier groups into Asian waters? Who armed dictators, staged coups, and dropped napalm across this region? It wasn't Beijing. It was Washington. China builds ports, trains, and industrial zones. The U.S. builds bases, blockades, and burial grounds. That's the difference between a partner and a patron. Vietnam's security is not threatened by China's rise. It is threatened by being turned again into a pawn in someone else's Cold War. Every time Asia starts to unite, someone in Europe or Washington panics, Because a self-determined Asia is the end of Western primacy. You call yourself a "foreign policy analyst." But you don't analyze foreign policy. You recycle colonial reflexes. You confuse Asia's memory of survival with your fear of losing control. The truth is simple: Most of Asia trades with China, not the U.S. Most of Asia trusts development, not deployment. And most of Asia knows that the only empire still demanding loyalty oaths is the one flying the Stars and Stripes. So stop speaking for us, Ulrich. You don't understand Asia. You misunderstand your own irrelevance.

@BugateCate I don’t agree with the premise nga. Andyan pa si Raffy Tulfo or Risa Hontiveros or Bam Aquino as best competitor. Kahit sa internal surveys na alam ko wala yan si Magalong for President, pang Senate lang.

I agree. I am “anyone but Duterte” in 2028 – hopefully it’s Leni Robredo but if she doesn’t run I will support whoever is the strongest contender against Sara Duterte. I also support a big tent coaltion – I support yellow pinks progressives leftists and yes even Loyalist coming together to support a common candidate and/or a Senatorial slate. Basta walang Marcos ang surname sa 2028, pwede na yan. Panagutin ang Duterte-Marcos under a regime na hindi galing sa dalawang pamilya na yan. The alternative to not uniting is the complete destruction of our democracy and the annexation of the Philippines to China’s interests. It’s that bad. A Duterte in 2028 is an existential threat to the Republic. There’s no other choice but to unite. #Halalan2028

Western analysts call it “humiliation.” China calls it engineering. The J-10C didn’t just down Western-made jets, it downed the myth that “cheap” means “inferior.” When a $40M fighter defeats a $120M one, that’s not imbalance, it’s efficiency. You mocked “Made in China.” Now it outruns your Rafales, and outlives your illusions. Empires used to measure power by cost. China now measures it by precision.

I don't understand why a lot of people are so fussy about my discussion of China's territorial expansion. My ambition is actually very similar to Trump's. 1. Trump wants Canada, and I want Australia. They are both countries with large areas but few people; 2. Trump wants Panama, and I want Singapore, which are both tiny countries at key node in geographical location. 3. Trump wants Iceland, and I want to conquer Japan. ok, this one is different. The United States has been a world hegemon for over 100 years, and it had completely avenged all historical hatred, but China's hegemony is just beginning, and there are still some unfinished work to be done.
DaiWW@BeijingDai

It is not cost-effective for China to occupy the entire Southeast Asia. Southeast Asia has a huge population. If China conquers them, it will need to feed them and develop them. This is a super hard task. Developing the China ASEAN Free Trade Zone is the most reasonable way for both sides. Of course, it is necessary for China to annex geographical key nodes such as Singapore. However, annexing Australia is a very cost-effective deal. Australia has over 7 million kilometers of land and abundant resources, but its population is even smaller than that of Shanghai. Moreover, Australia, as a country, was built on the basis of genocide of the local population, which lacks morality and legitimacy. In Chinese values, the downfall of such a country is predetermined.

Rep. De Lima is absolutely the most focused and productive legislator in either the House or Senate. Anti-corruption, pro-defense of WPS. If all were like her, the PH would be first world already.

@WarrenVsCCP That sea is a significant source of livelihood for the countries surrounding it. Building large, deep-sea structures would damage the ecosystem and deprive the countries involved of the natural resources intended for them.

👊 Long live Rodrigo Duterte… sa kulungan! 👊 Walang uuwi!! 👊 #DuterteLegacy #CrimesAgainstHumanity

@bulkeley_john @RadioGenoa King Charles, the Labour Party, the London Mayor wants this to happen. They ALL signed onto this. It is sad, because law enforcement and The Royal Armed Forces have their hands tied. Some police officers have avowed to the Muslim Faith, which it is just worshipping the devil.
