Tariffs (read the Supreme Court ruling), declaration of war, focus on executive orders (which are easily overturned by another president) versus legislation, politicization of DOJ, etc. Just because he doesn't do worse doesn't prove he isn't ignoring Congress on many issues where he shouldn't. You are right, he is waiting on Congress for the SAVE act. I am not claiming he is a dictator King to be clear. I was just saying that showing election results doesn't say anything about his actions after assuming office. That's my point.
