If NO members of the negotiating team stayed behind to seek new inroads, does that mean it was all just for show & would give justification to immediately escalate?

@DailyMail Who gives a fuck about this ugly as fuck, angry old man who lived in obscurity for his whole life and now, he’s trying to remain relevant when he clearly is not.

@jaynordlinger It is indeed us twice. He won national elections. If those people aren’t America Americans, then your head is in the sand. You’re making a mistake that your views are America’s views. They’re not.

I look at Trump's redesigned White House, his "library," and his arch. I think, "This is not us." But then I think of Coach Bill Parcells: "You are what your record says you are." Anyway, a column from me, on sundry topics. jaynordlinger.com/p/spring-and-i…

@levparnas I believe the evidence not a woman’s allegations. Especially those made shortly before an election when the person involved has been on the national stage for many years. I’ll wait for the evidence. Those who believe the victims are very often wrong.

Enough is enough !!! The sexual abuse of women is not politics. It is not something to debate. It is not something to spin. It is not something to defend based on party lines. It should not be tolerated for a single second. What we are seeing right now—these allegations involving Congressman Eric Swalwell and Congressman Tony Gonzales—should outrage every single one of us, no matter what side of the aisle you’re on. This is not about Democrat or Republican. This is about right and wrong. And when innocent women come forward, they deserve to be heard—not attacked, not silenced, not buried under legal threats or political deflection. Tomorrow, I will be calling every member of Congress I know. Because this cannot be ignored. If you stand for protecting women, if you’ve ever said “believe survivors,” then that standard must apply to everyone—no exceptions. Both Congressman Swalwell and Congressman Gonzales need to step aside and address these allegations head-on. No more double standards. No more excuses. No more hiding behind politics. Stand with the truth. Stand with the women. Because accountability should not be partisan— it’s fundamental.

Former staffer for Klobuchar here. She’s one of the hardest working members of Congress. No one outworks her. High standards because she holds herself to them first. Made me better every single day. And, she has a strong, loving marriage. She and Porter just aren’t the same.
Nαтe Blαncнeтт@NateBlanchett

Why do the “mean boss” allegations not seem to phase Amy Klobuchar’s popularity but very similar allegations seem to have damaged Katie Porter’s political ambitions significantly?
