The FUD against Tesla has been turned up a notch. This is signal. Things are good!!!

It happened to me where my car was going 70mph on FSD v13 last year where the car didn’t see those small cones and kept going straight with no signs of slowing down or making any turn I took over and that was it, this overpass has small cones and FSD can’t see them at times Now I was on a older FSD version last year, this cybertruck was in autopilot not FSD This doesn’t happen anymore on v14 for me

As I am not local, I can only guess how it work. To me, based on the street view, it looks like cars can take this exit from both directions, as well as using the road (on the right) as an on-ramp, again for going in both directions. However, there is also a gate that is closed and some cones, making it more confusing. I assume, based on the time of day, there are only certain ways the traffic can flow and therefore, no need for a traffic signal or stop sign.

In regards to that Cybertruck accident, that some here on this platform talk about, which happened on August 18, 2025, here are a few things I would like to say. TL;DR not available, spend some time to read what I wrote, if you are too lazy to do so, don't engage. From what I can tell, a lot of people confuse Autopilot with Full Self Driving and vice versa. Facts are: - Cybertruck never had Autopilot - Cybertruck was/is behind on other HW4 vehicles - At the time of the accident, the FSD overlay on the recordings was not available for Cybertruck - There is no telling if the driver did have FSD engaged or not (for all of us not involved in this matter) So let's give it the benefit of a doubt. If the driver had FSD engaged, we still don't know if there was some warning of a "take over immediately" or not. Again, we were not there and can only go by what we know thus far. The accident happened on the exit ramp and ends up in a curve, only really marked by thin yellow traffic cones. The FSD version available at that point was v13.2.x, most likely 13.2.9. The location in a street view (see link below), shows no stop sign, no traffic light or anything thereof. In actuality, from the cameras point of view, it looks like one could just simply travel straight. We don't know how accurate the map data was for that exit by the time, but I certainly have been traveling on FSD thousands of miles, especially in July and August of 2025. (You can find all sorts of videos I posted around that time) From my experience of driving about 50k miles using FSD on Cybertruck, I have yet to run into a scenario where the truck was too fast for a turn and started alerting me to take over. In fact, at that time it would not even stop for the red/white arm, when I tried to exit the gated community I live in. There have been other Tesla drivers traveling on FSD and hitting those thin cones on the road. I have videos, where my Cybertruck continues traveling on the emergency lane or went over in the last second to still take an exit but going over a striped area. With all that being said, FSD is supervised and when accepting the terms and conditions to turn it on, one has to acknowledge to stay alert and be able to take over any given time. We will see where this saga of the lady ends in court, perhaps along the way, we get some real telemetry data and then we all know more. Until that day, there is only speculation to be made, and nobody should be attacked for what they believe happened that day. maps.app.goo.gl/PY8f88B92oRJLF…

@scotsrule08 Sorry but it’s funny seeing them charge at those beatdown single whole foods EA chargers struggling for 5 mins to start those chargers up just to overpay and charge at slow rates Especially funny when it’s a Tesla at those chargers when there’s a supercharger 2 mins down

If the car is hurling at a fast speed with no signs of stopping on an overpass, the driver is most likely to take over This same scenario happened to me on v13 back in mid last year on this same overpass because FSD failed to realize the sharp turn on Going 70 with no signs of slowing down, so I took over before anything happened
