Stock Titan The complaint seeks an injunction blocking generic Recorlev until Xeris's four Orange Book patents expire in March 2040. MEXC The ANDA filers claimed those patents are invalid or won't be infringed by their generics. This is a standard Hatch-Waxman filing, which is actually a net positive. It triggers a 30-month stay on FDA approval of the generics, buying Xeris time. With four Orange Book patents through 2040 and orphan drug exclusivity through December 2028, the IP fortress around Recorlev looks solid.
