@virginmedia It’s a business account. We have been waiting the past 3 days for an engineer only to be told today that one isn’t coming.

@virginmedia We have been customers for over years, our router is now obsolete, we have to wait 20 days for a replacement without internet whilst still paying for it. Are you taking the piss?
