First there was Verified. Now meet Archive — because your workspace shouldn’t feel like a museum 📜 Archive lets you retire old pages without deleting them, so search surfaces answers, not fossils.

Would be nice if you changed the control + command + E shortcut into something more natural to type @NotionHQ . Maybe a letter that the right hand can type instead of crossing the right hand over to the left. Small change makes world of difference.

@gao_zibo I second that. Calendar and notion mail are slow. Not crisp yet but getting there.

Notion Calender is the slowest mac app I've ever used. What's your favorite calendar app that's not gcal?

Notion Custom Agents has a pricing problem. A simple email briefing agent costs $30pm, which is more than the Notion subscription 🫠 Heavy power users are expected to spend north of $1,000pm. While the tech has so much potential as the enterprise, safe version of OpenClaw, and the proactive multi-agent future is incredibly exciting… if they want to remain competitive they need to consider how they deal with this. The economics simply don’t work yet. Either frontier models need to get cheaper, or Notion needs to consider something like a higher tier subscription that bundles a set number of runs. Their current pricing of runs, and the $10 per 1,000 credits with no rollover is clearly steep for daily usage. I’m super bullish on @NotionHQ but rn the ROI doesn’t make sense for most teams running these daily. Hopefully they use the free window until May to get this right. 🙏

Introducing Custom Agents. The AI team that never sleeps 🌙 They’re autonomous, built for teams, and easy for anyone to build. Give them a job, set a trigger or schedule, and they'll get it done 'round the clock.

@ivanhzhao @NotionHQ Would like to learn how notion credits work. Will it be like paying a set amount up front then using up the credit then adding more?

At @NotionHQ, we believe every business deserves powerful & beautiful tools. AI is the most important technology of this era. It shouldn't only belong to companies that have AI teams or can afford forward deployed engineers. Today we're launching Custom Agents: — The first multiplayer agents built for business. — No coding. Minutes to set up. Hosted in the cloud. — Run autonomously 24/7 with all your business apps. — Switch between the best LLMs (usually the same day they're released). — One person builds it, the whole company benefits. Rolling out for Business and Enterprise customers today. The AI era should leave no one behind 👌

Sara Blakely built Spanx [billion-dollar company] by celebrating failure. She says her dad used to ask at dinner: "What did you fail at today?" Not "What did you succeed at?" Blakely learned early: confidence isn't a prerequisite for action. It's the result of it.

But you have to do the thing first. Blakely trained herself to fail. And that's exactly why she succeeded.

She didn't wait until she felt ready to start Spanx. She didn't wait until she had all the answers. She acted, failed, learned, and kept going. That's the work. Your brain builds a new pathway that says, "I tried this. I survived. I can do it again."

Richard Branson taught me the rule of foolishness (it made him a billionaire) and changed my perspective on failing forever: He's worn ridiculous costumes, launched himself off buildings, and publicly failed dozens of times. His philosophy? "Screw it, let's do it."

Most people will be friendly. Some won't. Either way, you will live. You will learn that you will not die, get kicked out, and most people will not care. You are building proof, not fearlessness. Proof that you can handle judgment. Proof that you can survive discomfort.
