@GTA6_Premium I hope the reports are wrong, Rockstar used to put so much effort into their physical copies.
I'm still shocked they've gone in the direction they have, it might be the last nail in the coffin when it comes to physical games, as everyone has always looked at them as the standard.

GTA VI will reportedly NOT have a disc upon release nor 'months from release' like these reports have said. A new source has said that the disc version wont exist at all

@ShaarifRehan334 It's most likely going to follow RDR2 hair growth mechanic. The newest screenshot's beard just seems to be a little less full that's all.

I’m definitely with you in relation to it being shitty that it’s digital only at launch.
I really like having the disc with the full game on it, with a manual and map etc ( I have pretty much Vice City to Gta V initial physical release editions).
I hope the rumours are true that after initial launch they will bring out a disc version, and the code in a box is only to stop initial leaks coming up to launch. I personally wont hold out for that, will have to buy it on the resell market down the road.

@ViceSpot I've waited years too. But I also care about the bigger picture as to why this is a problem and creates incentive for shitty practices from AAA developers in the future (digital only titles at launch for example) because that impacts gaming as a whole.

@PeterP_1985 @GameRoll_ Remember the GTA shots are on PS5 also (presuming the Cyberpunk shots are on PC but could be wrong), when GTA releases on PC I’d be very curious on a comparison then too.

Sadly, most of these have an agenda, which I fell for....
Though Cyberpunk does hold up phenomenally well, esp on a high end PC.
May even jump on it and do a little comparison myself, for curiosity reasons as opposed to trying to prove some sort of point!

Is it just me that thinks some of these Cyberpunk shots look better.
For a game released nearly 6 years ago, and developed cross platform, for much less budget.......holds up pretty damn well!

@rockstationonx I Know GTA is a bit more about chaos and humour than the RDR series. I’m more than sure that GTA 6 mechanically and graphically will be better than RDR2, but I really hope the story holds it’s own compared to RDR2 too.

@LegacyKillaHD Dissapointed in the fact Rockstar are focussing more on digital now.
No map or steel book, and no disc at launch.
The in-game goodies in the ultimate edition seem great, but I always loved getting something like a manual and map in the box.
