I'm not gonna be able to fix this for a long time. I'm currently ripping out the electronics, the bridge and all the other mods to store until I can get another guitar eventually, and just tossing the body of the guitar itself. I'm legit trying not to weep right now, dude. This is BS. I treat my instruments like my kids. I've never bonked a guitar like this nor have I ever seen it done. This is fcking insane.

Okay. I need some advice, because I'm about to go nuclear. My wife's jobless crackhead cousin came to our house earlier with his girlfriend to pick up some hand me down clothes we had left over for our kid for their son. I wasn't here at the time. I don't like this dude already, mind you. This dude decides to take my custom Phoenix ESP off the wall and play it without me knowing. Strike one. So this absolute moron then decides to lower the action on my guitar. Strike two. So.... I get home to practice some scales (he's already gone at this point) and my strings are slamming against the fretboard and my neck is backbowed. I take off the truss rod cover.... And it's mangled. He took an Allen wrench and mangled TF out of my truss rod nut. He basically seized it. I've tried gripper wrenches, everything possible. He also dented the first fret when he slammed it down so much. So.... What do I do? This is like a 5-600 dollar repair that he can't reimburse. Do I put him in a coma? Do I chuck the whole guitar? Because I'm in full on panic and rage mode right now. JFC.

Ibanez dropped the ball with this one, time to upgrade
