At 25, I thought $100k invested would change my life. At 30, I crossed $1M. Now my target is $1.5M invested by age 35. I'm a Canadian dad with 2 young kids, a mortgage, and a full-time corporate job. I'm documenting the journey publicly. Let's see where it goes.

I made $37,500 in my first job after university. I lived at home. Drove an old car. Saved everything I could. Today, my portfolio is currently up over $18,000. Almost half of what I earned in an entire year back then. Some days the power of compounding doesn't feel real. The money is nice. But what motivates me most is knowing that every step forward creates more options for my two daughters.

My wife was nervous about stepping away from her career for maternity leave. So we invested the $160,000 she made last year and let time do the work. Today that investment is worth over $240,000. The gain is nice. But the real payoff was giving her more time with our newborn daughters when they needed her most. Money is great. Buying time is better. 👼👼

3 goals I think are worth working towards by 45 if you're a 9-5 high earner: - No debt outside of your mortgage (no car debt, personal loans, credit cards, etc.) - 780+ credit score - Net worth over $1M, 75% liquid You're in pretty good shape, if that's your reality by 40

Once you hit $100,000 by the age of 25 you can put that all in the SP500 and retire a millionaire without ever investing another dollar It really is this simple🤷‍♂️

🔔 Road to £100k: The Daily Close 🟢 2 green days in a row! Can’t argue with that, you may notice I made a little change 👀 Trimmed some JEQP to start a position in $MU - I’m aware it’s at ATHs but that’s not a reason not to invest in a trade that has legs. If it dips I might add more! The Scores on the Doors: 📈 Portfolio: +1% (+£77.32) 💰 Balance: £7,323.96 ⭐️ Performers: $META +4.5% $JEQP +2.19% 🔴 Red Card: $JEDG +5.45% Tactical Breakdown: $MU was the absolute star of the market, rocketing over 10% today. Investors are aggressively bidding up the stock amid fresh signs of AI-driven memory chip shortages, sparking widespread optimism that the industry is entering a prolonged "supercycle". While the heat map shows a massive 10.09% daily gain, the actual portfolio impact is smaller since the position was just initiated today by trimming some $JEQP.  $META and $JEQP anchored the legacy portfolio with fantastic gains. Meta rode the broader tech recovery upward to secure a 4.55% daily return. Meanwhile, $JEQP still provided a solid 2.19% boost despite being trimmed, proving it remains a highly reliable compounding asset. $JEDG took the red card today with a painful 5.45% drop. While the broader market soared, capital continues to heavily rotate out of broader space ETFs. With SpaceX surging another 16.3% on its second day of trading, institutional money is seemingly liquidating smaller space holdings to consolidate directly into the newly public industry leader.  How did you get on today? #ISA #FinX #RoadTo100k #Investing

Hats off to another day in the markets. The stock market is the greatest show on earth. Did you buy back any future time and the freedom it brings? My adds: No adds today, just managed my options and was watching the $SPCX jump. HBU?

@XCompoundQuiet saved everything on $37K and let time do the rest. that's not luck that's just discipline compounding quietly for years. your daughters won't know how early it started but they'll feel it their whole lives.
