Wisconsin Sheriff Michael J. Bouchard confirmed that a man was arrested after distributing an offensive internet meme depicting him with a Jewish star on his forehead, calling it antisemitic. The sheriff said the man was “trying to threaten and intimidate” him by posting the meme. He said the First Amendment makes people “feel empowered, emboldened, and safe,” so he had to teach the public a lesson.

Max and my son’s dog went for long walk. After, Max was in my lap and I noticed a tick walk on my arm. I gave him a bath and found a tick imbedded in my elbow. My son’s dog also had a tick attached. Ticks are already very active. Check yourself and pets after walks.

I’ve seen many liberal girls do this including when I lived in Brooklyn, they’ll gleefully say the most evil stuff possible (“I LOVE abortions, they’re awesome!” etc) just to get a reaction and shock people while acting like that’s not actually the goal of it
It’s a basically a form of liberal extreme sports which is “look how cool I am because I’m so flippant about something you hold as sacred, that makes me edgy and high status, while you are traditional and low status”
But when you dig even a millimeter deeper they’re usually very hurt people, often abandoned by their dad or even downright abused in childhood etc
So they have basically been possessed by demonic energy, that’s why they’re all so violent and insane
The worst part is that deep inside there is a sweet and normal person in there begging to come out but they don’t know how. It’s a cry for help more than anything else.

Depends on how the HOA is structured. Most common way is with a master insurance policy that covers common areas and shared property, and some cover the whole exterior of every unit. Some have it all split individually, in that case you would be responsible for everything from the fire barrier in. If the master policy covered everything outside then you’re responsible for everything from the frame in, commonly called a condo policy.
