The Virginia Supreme Court allowed this vote to take place. Hard to see them now coming out and nullifying the will of the people. This one Republican hack circuit judge will lose.

BREAKING: A Republican-appointed Virginia judge has struck down the Democratic-backed redistricting amendment in full, ruling it unconstitutional and “void from the start.” All votes from the April 21 special election are now invalid, and the state is permanently blocked from using or implementing the new maps.
