Had some loss of discipline today but I survived. Had 1500 profit on @TakeProfitLLC pro accounts and they hadn’t taken payout yet from yesterday. Got myself into good dd and they declined payout. So I traded them back to green and I’ll request again tonight. They’ve been a bit slow on processing lately. Also had 3000 on @Alpha_Futures_ pas aka trades them into dd, brought them back to 1500 and stopped. Day one on @TradingLucid live, only four instead of five for some reason. Haven’t had time to ask why. Made 1500-2000 each. Made 2500 on all @E8Futures pas, can’t be too far from requesting another payout there. Day three on @fnfutures pas made 1100. Day 3 on @purdia pas, made 1100. Day 3 on @bulenoxofficial pas made 1k. Made profit day on @Tradeify pas. One more day for 25k payout number 3 there. Flipped last day of @TradeDayFunding evals. Will start three funded tomorrow and have two reserve. Main blemish is I was up 2k on @Topstep day one xfas. Just missed target and I didn’t have a stop on trading mobile, checking a corn field. Dump into 1030 hit fucking DLL. No DLL I woulda gotten target and been 2500 green. Or if I had a stop. I’ll see if I can revive them tomorrow. Still no blown accounts and no spend today. ON THE SUBJECT OF PROTEIN POWDERS I spent decades making clumpy, over-sweetened garbage protein shakes because I had some weird mental block about spending money on the good stuff. Cookies and cream, double chocolate brownie, vanilla, strawberry, banana… most are legitimately gross and they’re so ridiculously artificially sweet. And they’re full of binders and fillers that don’t fully dissolve: don’t kid yourself, what you’re drinking when you’re drinking cheap protein powder is not pleasantly textured. When I finally started tracking macros seriously and needed to move a lot of protein and carbohydrates in the morning, the only way to do it without feeling torpedoed was protein shakes. So I plowed through years of nasty, overly sweetened, clumpy nonsense out of stubbornness and some vague sense that the expensive stuff wasn’t worth it. It’s worth it. A good isolate mixes cleanly. It goes into solution without foaming, without clumping, without tasting like chalk, and it’s easier on your digestion. I’ve also experimented with the clears and learned that not all of them are created equal. Some I tried required an overnight soak in a mason jar just to get them into solution, I have heard good things about @ScienceSupps Quench and haven’t pulled the trigger yet, but that’s next. I eventually started comparing the cost per gram of protein in a quality isolate to the cost per gram of protein in chicken breast, a supposed gold standard. When you run the numbers, it’s close. And the isolate doesn’t require thawing, marinating, cooking, or cleanup. It requires ninety seconds and a shaker. And yes, I know, chicken. I know. But if you’ve ever walked into a chicken house, any chicken house, and I don’t care how USDA Organic Free Range Heritage it claims to be, you’ll forever have a more complicated relationship with chicken. And yes, I make all manner of chicken exceptions: Chick-fil-A, Costco, side of the road Mexican food trucks, etc.. My point is that food and powder protein aren’t in competition with each other. When you don’t feel like cooking, which is often for me, especially as the weather gets hotter and eating a full meal sounds exhausting, having a delicious option ready in ninety seconds is the difference between hitting your protein target and not. Get yourself some high quality protein powders to have on hand. Don’t suffer.

@SJUDave 9 million has to be closer to 90%+ of d1 teams budget. No chance 100 teams had 9 million to play with last year.

Word around the streets is Shelstad and Bidunga got paid more than the total NIL budget for about 70% of teams in D1 last year. Allegedly $9 million for the two. We keep saying this is unsustainable, and yet there is no end in sight.
