Nowhere in the country (even Texas). Is a warning shot legal. Nowhere in the country (even Texas) are you legally allowed to shoot someone just for being on your property. If these people will not put in the effort to even read then they should not be trusted to own a firearm. At a minimum it should be required that every gun owner pass a written examination of firearm and self defense laws every other year.
