It was pleasure meeting @atishmathur and discuss various topics and issues about Polity and Governance subject. Also presented a copy of my work’s second edition ‘Courseware on Polity Simplified’. Was glad to know that he has completely read my book’s first edition.

So, as per the UPSC, 1. SC can’t issue a writ of Mandamus to govt company. 2. Finance bill and financial bills are interchangeable. 3. FM lays the budget on behalf of PM. You really need to read the same book you make a mockery of by misinterpreting it.

1. Armed forces officers writing the UPSC this year now can't. 2. Students in border/sensitive areas face blackouts and internet shutdowns. 3. Unwise to divert admin and forces to help conduct the exam when we are on alert. 4. UPSC Test Centres may be vulnerable. The agency responsible for recruiting empathetic civil services should be inclusive. Please, UPSC, @DoPTGoI, postpone the Prelims. This is not fair to so many people. Its still not too late.

Dear UPSC, Please test the ability and grit of the students through the exam NOT via the application for it! Students have reported tech glitches, unnecessary and premature details, narrow submission window, ambiguous questions, complex documentations, lagging resolutions.

@CallmeRupu Sikkim was first made an associate state and then a full state. The former would mean additional parliamentary seats despite they being independent, hence the 35th CA. Then 36th CA to undo the 35th CA to make Sikkim a regular state as a larger majority is used anyway.
