Somehow hit the Claude Design limit before my first coffee was finished. The AI is finally good enough that the bottleneck is no longer AI. It's the pricing model designed for a world where people use it less.

Genuine question: if your Google Drive is a mess, what stopped you from organizing it? Not looking to sell anything. Just trying to understand if it's a "I don't have time" problem or a "I don't care enough" problem.

What's the one document you can never find when you actually need it? For me, it was my insurance policy. In a folder called "Download"😂. From 2021.

Shipped a redesign of Tuck today. Cleaner, faster, less in the way. The product is the same: upload a doc → AI reads it → files it in the right folder in your Google Drive. Automatically. tuckhq.com if you want to try it free.

Improving my SaaS every day. No new features. Just making user onboarding as smooth as possible. Started getting organic traffic from Google and ChatGPT. Reddit marketing is running. Users are signing up. But there was a problem, users would create their website and leave, just like that. Spent time studying how other products handle onboarding. Not just walkthroughs, but experiences that actually engage you. So I rebuilt the onboarding. Instead of showing users what to do, I made it interactive so they can enter their own inputs along the way, so the product feels like it's being built with them, not just for them. Hopefully retention improves from here. Not giving up on UseArticle, so far $2257 total revenue.

Upvoted & commented 🚀@bsteps_ congrats on the launch — Tuck is a super practical idea 🔥 “drop file → AI organizes into Drive” is exactly the kind of workflow saver people actually stick with. We’re also preparing for a Product Hunt launch (Hello Aria, April 17) — would really appreciate a quick follow on our PH page 🙏 producthunt.com/products/hello… Let’s support each other 🤝

~1 year ago, I met two guys who moved to Da Nang, living on $500/mo building an indie startup full-time. We met again last week, and they showed me this. $11k revenue in the last two weeks! Congrats @AntonioEscudero and @PabloSantanaT 👏👏👏

@tibo_maker The real test isn't, 'can the agent run the business for 15 days?' It's "when you come back, did you actually disconnect, or were you checking Slack from a beach in Bali?" the 2nd one is the harder muscle to build.

I'm going on a 15 day vacation & my AI agent is the new CEO 🤩 here's how I'm planning it - before I leave: - finishing all heavy pending threads - delegating everything that needs a human - gave my AI agent all the context and access it needs on every product while I'm gone: - will try to get 1-2 hours of deep work daily - less available on slack/email - my AI agent handling the rest and collaborating with my team when I'm back: - asking my agent to process the backlog and updates - have it give me a priority order on what to tackle first it's the first time I'm genuinely trusting AI to manage the pile for me 😬 curious to see how it turns out 👀 PS: will share the full breakdown of how I set this up and how my AI CEO actually executed - once I'm back
