ट्रेन में ₹20 बचाने के चक्कर में pantry वाले को पूरा ₹130 छोड़ना पड़ गया? एक लड़का Indian Railways की Sampoorna Kranti Express से दिल्ली से पटना जा रहा था रात में भूख लगी तो उसने pantry से Non-Veg Thali order कर ली खाना surprisingly काफी अच्छा निकला इसलिए उसने पूरा मजे से खा लिया थोड़ी देर बाद pantry वाला पैसे लेने आया और बोला -“₹150 दे दो” लेकिन लड़के को पहले से पता था कि उस thali की actual price ₹130 है यानि ₹20 extra लिए जा रहे थे तब उसने आराम से कहा - “पहले bill दीजिए फिर payment कर दूँगा” Pantry वाला तुरंत बहाने बनाने लगा “Machine काम नहीं कर रही” लेकिन लड़का भी अड़ गया “Bill मिलेगा तभी पैसे दूँगा” इतना सुनते ही pantry वाला अंदर चला गया फिर ना वो वापस आया ना pantry manager और सबसे मजेदार बात लड़के का पूरा dinner free हो गया क्योंकि अगर वो ₹130 का original bill देता तो बाकी passengers भी bill माँगने लगते फिर पूरा extra पैसे वाला खेल वहीं खुल जाता तभी कई लोगों को पहली बार पता चला कि रेलवे में एक rule चलता है - “No Bill, No Payment” यानि अगर कोई vendor proper bill देने से मना करे तो passenger payment रोक सकता है और यही वजह है कि कई बार छोटी सी जानकारी भी आपको बेवजह के extra charges से बचा देती है
