@cincycsmith @mrmckee The difference is travel. NFL, NHL, NBA and MLB players play half their games in the city where they live and sleep in their own beds and have their wives and family with them. That’s the issue. Jack is correct.

@VitalRenaiss Walking or running outside in real heat or cold builds toughness that treadmills can’t touch. That weather stress is hard to mimic indoors — it acclimatizes the body better and strengthens you mentally too.

I will never understand why people walk on treadmills. You can literally just go on a walk. You know... Outside....
