KD Edwards is almost done with THE MISFIT CARAVAN
A long time ago, a Boston bar I went to would always close the night with a techno version of Dolly Parton singing PEACE TRAIN. I have been chasing that version ever since... The memory of that song is my anthem for Book 4.

@atpfm Thanks for telling it like it is about cryptocurrency. Couldn’t agree more.

@alexcox I think Facebook marketing is mistaking my market for yours! This seems more like you (only perhaps the trans/combo edition would be better): xalipha.com/products/ice-b…

@jsnell I entirely agree. The absence of a shell and tools like emacs are one reason why iOS and iPadOS are largely dead to me. I like them fine, but as a programmer whole classes of tools is denied me there. iSH was a partial work-around, and now it’s getting kicked off the AppStore.

This ruling is inconsistent with the policy for a bunch of scripting apps. The developer is doing it the right way. They should be allowed to continue. (Also iOS should just have a shell, provided by Apple.)

@caseyliss Did love your discussion about youtube-dl on ATP. The RIAA is literally trying to prevent you from accessing what is already sent to your browser. We can do the same things with browser dev tools. It’s just more tedious.

@sbkaufman Or… don’t shut up and VOTE! That works, too.

Tweeting your strong political beliefs is no substitute for voting. Shut up and VOTE! :)

INFO SOUGHT... There's this sandwich I've dreamed about since I was in my 20s. It was sold out of a food cart outside Filene's Basement in Downtown Crossing in Boston. It was South American -- Chilean, Peruvian, Argentinian? (Cnt)

it was trending so decided to put on Rogue One again. Easily one of my favorite background movies. :)

@ParallelsCares I switched to vmware because of your per host licensing. I used multiple hosts in a day (work machine, home laptop, and home desktop), but never more than one at a time (at least essentially). Wish you hadn’t driven me away.

@marcoarment With Karabiner (or with a programmable external keyboard) I use caps lock as both escape and control. The no-escape MacBook Pro drove me to it.

I totally relate to @siracua about not breaking the spines of paperbacks. I was schooled by my older brother on the ways of paperback respect.

I have reread this tweet five times. It seems so . . . tantalizingly like English, doesn’t it? “Red benches,” “Wednesday.” Those are words! I know their meaning! And yet, when strung together . . . what are British people saying? Are they asking for food? A battery jump? What?
Paul Waugh MP@paulwaugh

Latest intel from the red benches. If Lords sits thru night and don't adjourn until after 10.30am tmrw (Thurs), it is still technically a 'Wednesday' until peers decide otherwise. In parl terms, it could still be 'Wednesday' in Lords *for several days* until peers sort things.

@bend_oh So the level of suspension of disbelief required is minimal, then?
