imho, quai ecosystem feels kinda small for the time it’s been around, especially when it comes to motivated builders ready to push it forward. the space is dominated by monopolies that ignore smaller players and leave a lot of projects unsupported. grants are rare, and if quai wants exponential growth, the key is a serious shift in marketing to focus on empowering builders. thats the play.
