Prasad has shown so much courage not to only raise this issue but also bring it to notice and finally resolve it in best way. In our country where religion is normally above laws, doing this is a huge task, that's why I have so much respect for @prasadvedpathak I talk about all religions here including mine, I am a proud hindu, but for me religion should be a private affair, the moment I need it flaunt and showcase it, it becomes intimidating for others, I am against it. Laws and rules are defined equally for people and the same is the constitution. Once we all understand the laws and rules are same for all of us irrespective of our religion, cast etc only then India can become a real country.

Public Statement I would like to sincerely thank all media organizations, journalists, and reporters who covered this issue and helped bring attention to the concerns that were raised. Your interest and coverage played an important role in ensuring that the matter received the attention it deserved. However, I now request all media representatives to kindly refrain from visiting our property and housing society for further coverage of this issue. For nearly a week, the residents of the society have experienced continuous disruption due to repeated visits, interviews, and media activity in the common areas. While the coverage was appreciated, it is important that normalcy returns for all residents. I am pleased to state that the dispute has now been resolved through dialogue and cooperation. The white patti that was at the center of the disagreement has been removed, and the affected area has been restored and repainted to its original condition. The matter has therefore reached a satisfactory conclusion. I believe that when a dispute is resolved peacefully and constructively, it is equally important to know when to close the chapter and move forward. In the interest of maintaining harmony, respecting the privacy of residents, and allowing the society to function normally, I consider this issue closed. I once again thank the media for its support and understanding, and I respectfully request everyone to allow the residents to return to their daily lives without further disturbance. Thank you.

Kudos to all Maharashtrians for standing united and supporting a fellow Maharashtrian. 👏🏻👏🏻 Political affiliations aside, unity and mutual respect should always come first. Let's ensure that intimidation and bullying have no place in Maharashtra. ✊🏻 #jaimaharashtra

The stripe may be gone, but the bright color covering it up now will serve a reminder that common areas belong to everyone, not to any one person's religious expression.

Mumbai: A broad white line drawn from the road to the footsteps of a wing in a housing society has disturbed the peace that had existed for over two decades in Ghatkopar area. To find out what really is the issue, @journovidya spoke to residents of Kailas Avenue #ReporterDiary

This guy @prasadvedpathak has manufactured a controversy out of thin air. He's portraying a thin white strip, reportedly laid to help barefoot monks avoid scorching surfaces in summer and slippery moss during monsoons, as if common areas are being converted into religious spaces. The reality is that it's not even used only by monks. Elderly residents benefit from it too. What's even more convenient to ignore is that official permission from the housing society had already been obtained before the strip was laid. The building has 33 flats, of which only 4 or 5 belong to Jain families. The stripe was applied only after following the prescribed process and obtaining approval. The family involved also made their position crystal clear. They stated that if this small arrangement hurt anyone's sentiments, they would never do it again. It's difficult to find a more reasonable and conciliatory response than that. Yet even after these facts became public, this moron continued with the same aggressive rhetoric, using phrases like "cut it out now" and "I won't tolerate this." At that point, it stops looking like a fight for principles and starts looking like a performance for attention. I highly doubt he'd show the same enthusiasm when it comes to illegally occupied 20 foot Ganesh pandals blocking 30 foot roads every year. Speaking up there would get his ass thrashed. Bro seems perfectly fine with incidents of assault during Holi and animal being slaughtered inside society compounds, but a harmless WHITE STRIPE is apparently where he draws the line. No pun intended. Going by his media appearances and tweets, the fact remains that both his YouTube channels have been inactive for over a year. The Jain community is an easy target because it is unlikely to respond with threats, violence, or retaliation. Bro has 2 YouTube channels both stagnant for more than a year.

●The jain couple who made the white stripes with the intention of serving jain sadhu is clearly stating(in the video) that society commeettee had given him permission , which is an formal way a member opts for before doing something in society and not visit each and every flat. ●He is saying even after taking permission if someone feels its supremacy than they,ll remove it. They don't want to hurt anyone's feelings.The issue should have been ended there itself. ●Its quite visible now that the couple who is raising this issue is merely doing this for publicity and fame. They are trying to spread an flase narrative through which they divide jains and Marathi which is impossible. ●I was born and raised in Mumbai, in the heart of Dadar–Shivaji Park. Never in my life have I experienced any such conflict with my Marathi friends, neighbours, or colleagues. In fact, the bond we share is one of the strongest and most genuine relationships I have known. ●Do not let a few loud voices convince you that there is a conflict where none exists. The real story is not one of supremacy or division. The real story is one of friendship, respect, and harmony between two communities that have lived side by side for generations. ●Mumbai taught us to respect differences. Maharashtra taught us to live together. Let us not allow anyone to destroy that spirit for their own agenda. Jai maharashtra 🙏🇮🇳
