23% of people still get this wrong, even when the correct answer is explicitly stated. They are called "hopeless". There are also the "careless" who get it right when given a hint.

I predicted someone like Trump many years ago, in THE DEAD ZONE. So now I'm saying this--in the next 12-16 months, we're going to find out if the two machines for the removal of a man unable to fulfill his duties actually work. They are impeachment and the 25th amendment. He is deeply unwell .

Computer science professor at a major state university just finished the worst faculty meeting in 32 years of academia Department head dropped the placement statistics like a bomb at 2:47 PM on a Wednesday 2023: 89% placement rate within 6 months of graduation 2024: 67% placement rate 2025: 34% placement rate 2026 projections: 12% placement rate 312 CS majors graduating this spring. Industry contacts saying maybe 40 will find work. The dean wants to know why enrollment is still climbing while job prospects crater Faculty sitting there like deer in headlights because what the fuck do you tell 19-year-olds taking out $40k per year in loans Half the curriculum is already obsolete. Teaching data structures while companies replace entire engineering teams with Claude and Cursor. One professor suggested pivoting to "AI collaboration skills" and got laughed out of the room Another said we should warn students. Department head said that would "damage program reputation and university revenue" So they keep taking tuition money from kids who will graduate into a wasteland Career services still posts those bullshit salary averages from 2022 when new grads were getting $140k offers Now the same companies are hiring 2 senior engineers with AI tools instead of 12 junior developers Every CS professor knows their students are walking into a meat grinder But the university needs those enrollment numbers to hit budget targets They're literally selling degrees that lead to DoorDash driving

Finland tracked every gender-referred adolescent in the country for up to 25 years. Their psychiatric needs didn't improve after 'gender reassignment'. They surged. A landmark peer-reviewed study just dropped. Here's what it found. 🧵

The study's conclusion could not be clearer: "Psychiatric needs do not subside after medical gender reassignment." This is the finding the gender medicine movement has staked its entire ethical claim on. The claim has not held.

50 Cent pro Liter muss man nachzahlen.

A short🧵for those insisting on a fiction: the Strait of Hormuz is not Iran’s sovereign toll gate, private cash machine, or maritime revenue stream. It is an international strait used by the world. Geography may give Iran a coastline on one side of it. It does not give Iran the right to invoice the rest of the planet for passage.

I watched this entire hour and there is not a single thing he said that I in any way disagreed with. I’m appalled at the pushback he gets from otherwise conservative folks — mostly because I think they simply don’t listen to the words people say and have buried in their minds prejudices that maybe even they cannot admit to themselves. The core thesis is something every conservative needs to hear: the right is being eaten alive by conspiracy culture, grievance politics, and a refusal to do the hard work of actually understanding 𝘸𝘩𝘺 conservative principles matter. Shapiro calls it “𝘥𝘦𝘱𝘪𝘹𝘦𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯” — the process by which a nuanced, evidence-based truth gets compressed into a bumper sticker and then weaponized by people who never understood the original point. “𝘈𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘪-𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘮𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘴𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘭𝘪𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶, 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘵𝘦𝘭𝘭 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘵𝘩 — 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵’𝘴 𝘢 𝘯𝘶𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘥 𝘱𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘷𝘪𝘦𝘸. 𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘴 𝘥𝘦𝘱𝘪𝘹𝘦𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘰: 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘭𝘪𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶. 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘭𝘺𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶. 𝘕𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘴𝘢𝘺 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘣𝘦 𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘥. 𝘛𝘳𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘮𝘦, 𝘐’𝘮 𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘵𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘨𝘰𝘭𝘥 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘢𝘭𝘴𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘢 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘑𝘦𝘸𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘨𝘭𝘰𝘣𝘢𝘭 𝘮𝘢𝘳𝘬𝘦𝘵𝘴”. He names the three grains of truth that opened the door to this: 𝐑𝐮𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞, 𝐂𝐎𝐕𝐈𝐃 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐚 𝐥𝐢𝐞 that destroyed young people’s trust in every institution, and the 𝐁𝐋𝐌 𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟎 proved the rules only applied to one side. All of that is true. But what happened next is the problem — those legitimate grievances got depixelated into “𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘳𝘳𝘶𝘱𝘵, 𝘯𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘣𝘦 𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘥, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘪𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶’𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘢𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘭𝘢𝘤𝘬 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘮𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘣𝘦 𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘨𝘦𝘵”. That last one has created a world where “𝘪𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘣𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦 𝘢 𝘱𝘴𝘺𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘤 𝘕𝘢𝘻𝘪 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘯 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘯 𝘤𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘻𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘴𝘺𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘤 𝘕𝘢𝘻𝘪, 𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘤𝘩 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦𝘴 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘢 𝘤𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘰𝘳, 𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘤𝘩 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦𝘴 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘢 𝘕𝘢𝘻𝘪”. He names Tucker Carlson and Candace Owens by name. Not over Israel — he makes the point explicitly that his TPUSA speech 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐈𝐬𝐫𝐚𝐞𝐥 𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐉𝐞𝐰𝐬. The only people who brought that up were the ones lashing back. What he’s actually railing against is a conspiratorial mindset that has made the right susceptible to literally anything. He cites the Joe Rogan-Schellenberger exchange where Rogan insists Trump is being blackmailed by Epstein files and Schellenberger says there’s no evidence: “𝘑𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦’𝘴 𝘯𝘰 𝘦𝘷𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴𝘯’𝘵 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘸𝘰𝘯’𝘵 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘶𝘯𝘤𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘦𝘷𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦”. Shapiro’s response: “𝘖𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶’𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘭𝘰𝘨𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭 𝘧𝘳𝘢𝘮𝘦, 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘣𝘦 𝘴𝘰𝘭𝘥 𝘢𝘯𝘺𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨”. He also handles the Israel question with Matt Walsh brilliantly. Walsh said all countries that can’t function without U.S. foreign aid should cease to exist — including Israel. Shapiro’s answer: “𝘞𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘨, 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘰𝘶𝘵𝘴𝘪𝘥𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘖𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘵𝘰𝘯 𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘰𝘸” — because Walsh applies the principle equally to France, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt. That’s a first-principles argument you can debate. What falls 𝘰𝘶𝘵𝘴𝘪𝘥𝘦 the Overton window is “𝘐𝘴𝘳𝘢𝘦𝘭 𝘪𝘴 𝘢 𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘲𝘶𝘦𝘭𝘺 𝘦𝘷𝘪𝘭 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘱𝘦𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢 𝘨𝘦𝘯𝘰𝘤𝘪𝘥𝘦 — 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵’𝘴 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘧𝘢𝘭𝘴𝘦”. The distinction matters: you can disagree on policy without trafficking in blood libel. And then there’s the part about Erica Kirk that no one in conservative media will talk about. After Charlie Kirk was m∗rdered, Candace Owens launched a multi-part series called 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘉𝘳𝘪𝘥𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘊𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘭𝘪𝘦 suggesting Erica Kirk was 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦∗𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐡𝐮𝐬𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐝 as part of a conspiracy to take over TPUSA. Shapiro gave the TPUSA speech defending Erica — a woman he’d barely met — because “𝘪𝘵’𝘴 𝘸𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘨. 𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘥𝘰𝘯’𝘵 𝘥𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦”. And his criticism of Megyn Kelly? That she still hasn’t condemned what Candace is doing to that widow. “𝘗𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘭 𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘴𝘶𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘧𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘰 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘢 𝘧𝘦𝘸 𝘤𝘭𝘪𝘤𝘬𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘥𝘴”. The whole interview comes back to one idea: conservatism used to rest on a bedrock of philosophy that explained 𝘸𝘩𝘺 limited government, free markets, and strong defense mattered. That bedrock has eroded because “𝘮𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘱𝘰𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘯𝘴 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘯𝘰 𝘤𝘢𝘱𝘢𝘤𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘪𝘯 𝘪𝘵. 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘥𝘰𝘯’𝘵 𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘪𝘵”. And into that vacuum rushed grievance merchants selling the proposition that your problems are not yours to solve — they’re the system’s fault, the elites’ fault, the Jews’ fault. Shapiro’s counter: “𝘞𝘦 𝘢𝘴 𝘢 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘳𝘺 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘥𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘥𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘣𝘭𝘦𝘮𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦 𝘴𝘰𝘭𝘷𝘦𝘥 𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘪𝘯”. That’s not a slogan. That’s the American idea. 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠. 𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐬. 𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐨𝐬. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫. 𝐈𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐁𝐞𝐧 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐨 𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐝, 𝐈’𝐥𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭. 𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐧’𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐡𝐢𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐲 — 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭.

Killing women and children is not winning. Destroying Iran’s economy and environment is not winning. Destroying schools and universities and power plants and water treatment facilities is not winning. Do not fool yourself. American is going to lose an entire generation of Iranians. Israel may never get the peace it deserves with Iranians. None of this is “winning.”
Mark Dubowitz@mdubowitz

Why are so many pundits, professors, and think-tankers arguing the absurdity that Iran is the real winner of a conflict it is lopsidedly losing? @TheFP @ArminRosen at his best: thefp.com/p/behold-the-e…

This is for a beautiful soul, Bar Tomer. A German-Israeli 💔 She was brutally murdered by Hamas on the 7th October after attending the Nova Music Festival. Her body couldn’t be identified for 7 days after the massacre. The last message she sent to her family was: “We are in the south. We have been shot at for two hours. I love you. I will update you. The IDF is here, but we are stuck” May her memory be a blessing 🕯️
