@WestJet Hi, westjet vacation departure today at 2 pm; I canceled flight in person at airport; unable to connect by phone to westjet vacation centre to cancel resort... what should I do?

We’ve updated our online change/cancel tool. It no longer charges a fee for eligible bookings. You can cancel or change your flight here - ms.spr.ly/6016TjFbO Some flights may not be eligible. The team is planning more updates in the coming days to support more bookings.
