But:
- SEO is still moving, close to a nice milestone 🏆
- SubtitlesFast user signups up 100% on the month 🚀
- Got $70 pocket money from X today
Progress is not linear, so just focusing on getting the product and distribution 1% better every day.

FAIL ALERT. User found a bug and cancelled subscription ❌ 🥵 Yesterday I reached out to a paying user who bought a subscription. But cancelled almost immediately after purchase. Their reason for cancellation in Stripe: "Too expensive" But I figured that there had to be more to it. Sent an email and asked what went wrong. turns out they ran into an issue with the software They tried to transcribe a longer than usual video and it caused a crash. I shipped a fix within few hours and got this email in response. ✅ let's see if they renew 💸 Current MRR: ~$100 Streak: 4 days of sales 🔥
